Providing and fixing good-quality seasoned bamboo chick mats including cutting, knitting, finishing and attaching kora white cloth with overlapping and stitching, Applying approved primer on bamboo mat and Painting with 2coat synthetic enamel paint of specified color for an even shade, Stitching 2" wide nylon nawar patty, Fixing nylon rope to chick mats, installing heavy-duty pulleys with rollers and teak wood guttas with 6" long hooks, drilling 4" deep into stone pillars using diamond-edge drilling bits, fixing 20mm dia galvanized/mild steel tubes to walls, ceilings and floors with fittings, thoroughly cleaning surfaces to remove oil, grease, dirt, and foreign matter, and covering including cost of all materials, labour charges, with all lead and lift, loading and unloading, transportation charges and incidental charges, complete with all lead and lifts and as per direction of engineer in charge.

Item for which no rate or price has been entered in will not be paid for by the Employer when executed and shall be deemed covered by the other rates and prices in the Bill of Quantities (refer: ITB Clause 7.2 and CC Clause 33.2).

Unit rates and prices shall be quoted by the Tenderer in Indian Rupees

Where there is a discrepancy between the rate in figures and words, the lower of the two will govern. [ITB Clause 19.1(a)]

Where there is a discrepancy between the unit rate and the line item total resulting from multiplying the unit rate by quantity, the unit rate quoted shall govern [ITB Clause 19.1 (b)]
