M&L premix bituminous macadum (Bitumen binder to be used @ 4% by weight of total mix) laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (Consolidated thickness 75mm) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Preparing Black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer using paving bitumen at 5 Kg per 10 Sqm surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L bituminous premixed semi dense asphaltic concrete 40 mm consolidated thickness using paving bitumen any penetration 5.5 % binder content by weight of total mix, spread by means of self propelled mechanical spreader/paver, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient complete, by using mechanical power road roller 8 to 10 tonne capacity filler 43 grade opc @ 2 % by weight of bitumen or as per the job mix design shall be added all as specified and directed. (Note the amount for quantity of cemnet used shall be paid separately)

Add/Deduct to SI items 4 for each extra kg of binder used

S&F in repairs road studs (Cates eye) sides of minimum coefficient of retro reflective sheeting for high intensity grade of 22000 series (colour as approved by GE) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F metal Round pipe delineators 75 cm long 4.5 cm dia and 2 mm thick including firmly fixing the delineators to the ground by means of PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 size 10 cm x 10 Cm x 15 Cm including necessary excavation as directed by Engr-in-Charge and all as per sample approved by GE.

Providing and applying hot applying thermo plastic marking paint for marking traffic lines dashes, arrows, letters etc with white or golden colour 2.00 mm thick having clear and sharp edges over road surfaces including straight portion, curve portion etc in any position .The thermo plastic material shall be homogeneously composed of aggregate pigment resins and glass reflectro rizing beads in required percentage as specified. The work including cleaning of roads surfaces heating the paints within temperature limits specified by the manufacture, marking proper arrangement for traffic during operation etc and with including cost of all materials and labour. T&P etc required for proper completion of work all as per direction of Engr-in Charge. Make : Reliance thermoplast or equivalent as approved by GE.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 mtr wide and not exc. 1.5 mtr deep for foundation in soft/loose soil & getting out all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in lean concrete for foundation Filling and mass concrete etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work using sub class B bricks straight of curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM (1:4) Complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of bricks/concrete surface in cement mortar (1:4) on wall finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for providing cement concrete (1:2:4) type B0 (Using 12.5 mm graded broken stone aggregate) as in coping and like including weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throathing and including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling in trenches including spreading leveling and well ramming with water complete n.exc 25 cm thick in each layer in soft/loose soil all as specified and directed.

Removing exavated material n.exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a leve n. exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point all as specified and directed.
