REPAIR/REPLACEMENT TO JOINERY, PLUMBING, SANITARY FITTINGS AND CONNECTED WORKS AT INSIDE AND OUTSIDE OTA AND REPAIRS/ MAINT OF INTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY AND LOW TENSION EXTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY, STREET LIGHT AND ALLIED WORKS AT DAD COMPLEX

Taking down cement plaster of any description incl raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:6 on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces finished even & smooth without using extra cement on internal surfaces of wall complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 15mm thick rendering in two layers of 10mm thick and 5mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 finished even & smooth without using extra cement, mixed with liquid water proofing admixture including scaffolding arrangement complete (as per manufactures instructions) complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Liquid water proofing admixture shall be measured and paid separately.

M & L for rendering 5mm thick in CM 1:3 on fair faces of concrete surfaces over setting coat 5mm thick in CM 1:2 as in chajja/ ceiling surfaces and finished even and smooth with out using extra cement including scaffolding arrangement complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only liquid waterproofing admixture.

M & L for Preparing of new plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying three coat white wash complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Preparation of new plastered surfaces and applying two coat of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer with 3mm thick wall putty on internal surfaces of walls complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Preparation of new plastered surfaces and applying two coats of exterior weather proof paint over a coat primer white or tinted upto triple storey building including scaffolding arrangement on external surfaces of wall complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Preparation of new plastered surfaces and applying two coat of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistant priming paint upto triple storey building including scaffolding arrangement on external surfaces of walls complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of Wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/ slabs/ blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets complete all as specified and as directed.
