The procedure includes Surface Preparation: Thoroughly clean the surface to remove all loose dust, dirt, grease, and algae. Crack Filling: Fill any visible cracks or joints using a compatible crack filler before membrane application. Primer: Apply a self-priming coat (made by 30% dilution of the elastomeric liquid with clean water) to seal the porous masonry / surface. Topcoats: Apply 2 to 3 undiluted coats of elastomeric liquid, ensuring cross-coating (applying the second coat perpendicular to the first) for uniform coverage.
