(Make: O-General / Mitsubishi Heavy / Mitsubishi Electric)

SITC including vaccumiazation and Nitrogen of testing of following nominal size of soft / hard drawn copper refrigerant piping for Split type AC, complete with fttings, with adjustable ring type hanger supports, jointing / brazing including acccssories, insulated with XLPE class-0 tubular insulation / with Class-0 closed cell elastonctric nitrile rubber tubular sleeves sections of specified thickness as given below for suction and liquid lines all accessorics as per specification etc. as required.

(i) 3/8" (9.52mm) dia soft drawn Cu. Pipes for suction line (As per standard BS864 or ANSIB 16.22) incl. 19mm thick insulation.

(i) 1/2" (12.7mm) dia soft drawn Cu. Pipes for suction line (As per standard BS864 or ANSIB 16.22) incl. 19mm thick insulation.

(iii) 1/4" (6.35 mm) dia soft drawn Cu. Pipes for liquid line (As per standard BS864 or ANSIB 16.22) incl. 19mm thick insulation.

Supply and laying of 1.1KV grade 3 Core 2.5 Sqmm. copper armoured round cable. (Make: Polycab / Havells / Gloster / Finolex)

Supply & Laying 19 mm dia flexible drain Water piping work out of PVC incl. fitting with accessories.

S & F 2(+1) Module IP-65 rated waterproof cabinet on wall including necessary accessories with S&F 240V, 32A DP MCB of breaking capacity 10kA & C characteristics and necy. connections, socketing etc. as per direction of EIC. (Make: Legrand)

S & F 240V, OLP-3+, 27A Digital A.C. machine Starter as required including S&F of 4 module GI box including necessary connections (Voltcheck, Amp Check & Timecheck & 3 digit display). (Make: Electron)

S & F 240 V, 25 A, 3 pin Modular type plug socket (Brand approved by EIC), without plug top and switch with 2 Module GI Modular type switch board with top cover plate flushed in wall and making necy. connections with PVC Cu wire and earth continuity wire etc.

Distribution wiring in 1.1 KV single core stranded 'FR' PVC insulated & unsheathed 2 x 4 sqmm + 1 x 2.5 sqmm copper wire (Brand approved by EIC) in 20mm size PVC rigid conduit 'FR' (Precision make) incl. necy. fittings as required.

Finishing of the PVC insulated 2 x 4 sqmm + 1 x 2.5 sqmm wire ends by socketting with pin/ ring type copper sockets and insulated tapes etc., including supplying sockets, tapes.

Supply and Laying of PVC Insulated 3 Core 4 Sq mm Copper Cable. (Make: Polycab / KEI / Gloster / RR Kabel)

Making Iron Structure after supply 2"x2" (9 ft.), 12"x 1½" (10 ft), 1"x1"(28 ft) Iron angel and 3/4" (26 ft) flat after cutting the same fixing on outside flat wall, cutting the wall fitting the angels and stinting by sand & cement muter electric welding the angels for fitting outdoor and standing ground also making safety railing by welding iron Angel & flats and painting the structure enamel primer & paint.
