Taking down existing roof treatment including cement mortar bedding of any thickness from roofs and cleaning the surface with wire brushes/brooms to remove dust and clean the surface with water and removing the rubbish to a distance not exc 500 mtrs complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of existing plain cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specially provided for including cleaning the surfaces with wire brushes/brooms to remove dust and clean with water, and removing the rubbish to a distance not exc 500 mtrs complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 25mm thick 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone agg) as on roofs, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10 mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:4 with WPC @ 3% by weight of cement on concrete surfaces of roof and finished the surface even and fair, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparing the roof surfaces with clean, dust free on dry surfaces for water proofing treatment as follows :- (a) One coat of water based bitumen emulsion primer @ 0.30 Kg/Sqm is to be applied on the surface to be water proofed. (b) 3mm thick APP based polymeric water proofing membrane laid on the hot bitumen applied surface with overlaps maintained at 10 cms and are completely thermo-flushed by flame torch. (c) Finished with a coat of bituminous aluminum primer @ 110 grams / Sqm complete all as specified as per application manual of the company and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick wall or concrete surfaces incl hacking for key racking out joints scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L rendering 15mm thick on faces of brick or concrete surfaces finishing surfaces fair and even in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering (externally) in cement mortar 1:4 on brick or concrete surfaces incl finished surfaces even and fair mixed with WPC@ 3% by wt of cement or as per manufacturere instructions complete all as specified and directed. Note:WPC shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of this shedule.

M&L for rendering 5 mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 on concrete surfaces in ceiling, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound ISI marked complete all as specified and directed.

Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, etc and brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0 Kg of cement per Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for joint free Non - skid Ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 16 above but as in vertical surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surface 350x 250x 7mm/ 450X 350X 7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Non skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tiles exceeding 0.11 sqm but n exc 0.18 sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. Laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar complete including removing demolished material from work site complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Granite (of any type) of 18 to 20 mm thick (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platforms and like fixed on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down steel water tubing of 15mm bore, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 22 above but 20 mm bore.

Cutting chases, pinning in. making good to facings where required and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 to ends or edges of landings, steps, cills, sunshades, shelves, lintels, etc.; and cutting chases for concealed water tubing or concealed conduit wiring, etc and making good, cutting not exc 10 cm girth complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 20mm dia 3-layer PP-R (Polypropylene random copolymer) concealed pipes SDR 7.4 (PN16) UV stabilized and antimicrobial fusion welded having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply including all PP-R plain & brass thereaded polypropylene random fitting fixed complete to walls, ceiling or in floors complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 25mm dia 3-layer PP-R (Polypropylene random copolymer) concealed pipes SDR 7.4 (PN16) UV stabilized and antimicrobial fusion welded having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply including all PP-R plain & brass thereaded polypropylene random fitting fixed complete to walls, ceiling or in floors complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkats with shutter (without taking off shutter from the frame) area exc 1.5 Sqm but nexc 4 sqm each complete all as specified and directed.
