Taking down carefully unservicable aluminium point wiring any type including battens if any except for ceiling or where not feasible for light/ fan//bell/socket or power and including unscrewing from board, fitting and fixure such as switches,socket, ceiling rose,lamp holder,pendants, bracket and regulator etc and removing material from site including making good disturbed surface to match with the existing surface complete all as specified.

Taking down Aluminium sub main wiring including GI earth wire and making good disturbed surfaces to match with the existing surface roof/wall/floor complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for point wiring for One light/fan/bell/exhaust fan point controlled by one switch with 1100 volt grade PVC insulated-unsheathed 1.5 Sq mm (FRLS) multistranded copper conductor cable, with continuous earth wire of 1.5 Sq mm (FRLS) multistranded copper conductor cable PVC insulated-unsheathed, drawn in & including concealed PVC conduit medium grade with fittings (ISI marked) not less than 19 mm dia & 1.6 mm thick sunken pressed steel galvanised terminal boxes with top cover 2.80 mm thick ISI marked plastic laminated hylam sheet of required colour for housing/ fixing switches etc complete all as specified and directed Note- Cutting chases for concealed point wiring shall be made good by the contractor at his own cost with using Cement Mortar ( 1:4)/PCC ( 1:2:4) type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) and surface finished to match the existing surface.

M&L for sub main wiring with using two single core 6 Sqmm (FRLS ) copper conductor PVC unsheathed cable with and including PVC conduit (appropriate size) ISI Marked medium grade not less than 19mm dia concealed in wall for sub main wiring & connections including 4.0 Sqmm (FRLS) insulated multistranded unsheathed copper conductor cable used as a earth wire to common earth and connection to earth dolly all as specified. ( Note :- Two runs of 6 sqmm (FRLS) and one run of 4.0 sqmm (FRLS) copper conductor cable & PVC conduit shall be measured as one unit length.)

S&F in replacement of VTPN DB suitable for Mounting MCCB as Incomer of rating 63 Amp Vertical distribution board 4 way with suitable Amp rated bus bar having IP-43 protection and double metal door concealed in wall including connection with copper thimbles as required with & including MCCB ,63 Amp, 16 KA 4 Pole thermal magnetic release including complete electrical connection by appropriate size of copper lugs complete all as specified and directed.
