M & L for coloured Non - skid Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) of approved size, area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with pigments to match with the shade of tiles, over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6), complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for coloured Non - skid Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) of approved size, area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, in vertical Surface etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with pigments to match with the shade of tiles, over and including 10mm thick screed bed in CM (1:4), complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for coloured Glazed ceramic tiles of size 300mmx 450mm , 6 to 7 mm thick on the vertical surfaces such as in skirting / dado etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with pigment to match with the shade of the tiles, over and including 10mm thick cement mortal backing coat in CM (1:4), complete all as specified and and as directed.

Dismantling Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. laid bedded and pointed in any morter complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for granite (of any type) 18-20mm thick (Table rubbled and mirror polished ) in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platform etc, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing including 20mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 18 to 20 mm thick Machine cut kota stone slabs as in flooring, laid over and including 20mm thick screed in cm (1:6), set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match with the shade of the slabs, including rubbing and mirror polishing etc, complete all as specified and as directed..

M&L for 18 to 20mm thick Machine cut kota stone slabs as in riser of step, skirting, dado etc. laid over and including 10mm thick backing layer in cm (1:4), set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match with the shade of the slabs, including rubbing and mirror polishing etc, complete all as specified and as directed .
