M&L brick work with sub class "B" old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exec 6m mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

M&L brick work with sub class subclass ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

M & L rendering 15 mm thick in cement plaster 1 : 6 and finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of OBD complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling stone slab floor, hearth or wall tilling including cement mortar bedding(but not backing), and rubbish off premises etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L 18-20 mm Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window- cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite and including rouning of edges o granite slab complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 20 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement plaster 1 : 6 for laying floor finishes all as specified and directed .

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), complete all as specified and directed .

M & L for glazed ceramic tiles 300x450 mm in verticle surface set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to matchcomplete all as specified and directed .

M & L for rendering 10 mm thick in cement plaster 1 : 4 as backing coat for fixing tiles as dados, skirtings etccomplete all as specified and directed .

M & L for 5mm thick tinted/plain sheet glass ordinary quality including glazing with putty area area n.exc 0.5 Sqm in each pane

Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced ) of any description and in any position compete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1, using 20mm graded stone agg, in covers slabs,platforms and similar workss including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L mild steel deformed TMT bar 10 mm dia and over cut to length, bend to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Taking down ol old sheet metal enclosure, switch, fuse unit, distribution board any size / type/ way/ capacity including fuses MCBs, insulator RCCBs etc complete after removing all connection and making good the disturbed surface all as directed by Engg-in-charge.

Material and labour for sub main wiring with two runs of single core PVC FRLS IS-694 cable with unsheathed multi-stranded copper conductor of size 04 Sqmm and drawing through in concelead rigid non metallic PVC conduit pipe medium grade heavy duty in suitable size with all necessary fittings including one run of FRLS insulated unsheathed stranded copper conductor cable of size 04 Sqmm as earth wire (green in colour) and connected to common earth dolly complete including taking down of old unserviceable sub main wiring including taking out to old unsv sub main wiring with accessories complete all as specified and as directed. Note : (i) Two run of 04 sqmm with one run of earth with one run PVC conduit pipe shall be measured agaist one unit. (ii) Cost of cutting /chasing/ plastering /colouring etc as site shall be included matching to disturbed surface all as existed.

Supply and fix sheet metal enclosure for MCB distribution board SPN, double door, 12 way with 200 Amp rated bus bar 230 Volts including taking down to old unsv DBs in any make/ model/ way etc with accessories complete.

Supply and fix sheet metal enclosure for MCB distribution board SPN, double door, 8 way with 200 Amp rated bus bar 230 Volts including taking down to old unsv DBs in any make/ model/ way etc with accessories complete.

Supply and fix sheet metal enclosure for MCB distribution board SPN, double door, 4 way with 200 Amp rated bus bar 230 Volts including taking down to old unsv DBs in any make/ model/ way etc with accessories complete.

Supply and fixing MCB , SPN, 2 pole 220 volts , 40 Amps , "C" Curve 10 KA.

Supply and fixing 240V, 10 KA 'B' curve miniature circuit breaker (MCB) of single poles and current carrying capacity 6 to 32 AMP, in the MCB DB Complete with connection testing and commissioning

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 M wide and not exc 1.5 M in depth for pipe line, etc getting out in soft/ loose soil and levelling of bottom surface to required level complete and as directed.

Returning filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 CM complete and as directed.

Removing excavated material (soil) out side MD land at contractor's own arrangement complete and as directed.

Supply, laying and spreading of dry (Ganga) sand, free from organic impurities for cushioning as in trenches 8cm depth below cable and 15cm above cable and punned to 10cm depth complete all as specified & directed. Note :- Punned thickness shall be considered for measurement purpose.

M&L brick, sub class 'B' bricks laid dry, flat, length equal to width of brick over sand cusioning in trenches for cable protection complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing in replacement 40 mm dia GI tubing (light grade) fitting for laying of underground cable below plinth protection/hard standing/road etc for cable protection. All as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
