SCHEDULE 'A' SECTION I (B&R Portion)

Surface excavation not exceeding 30cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in loose / soft soil all as specified and directed by Engineer - in – Charge.

Excavating in trenches, not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth, for foundations etc or manholes, cesspits, pipes and cables etc. not exc 10 Sqm on plan and getting out in soft / loose soil all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers of soft / loose soil not exceeding 25cm thick all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each not exceeding 0.5 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth, in layers not exceeding 25cm, watering, and removing surplus spoil to a distance not exceeding 50m and making good surface all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

M & L for broken bricks hard core of gauge not exceeding 63mm, deposited, spread levelled in layers n exc 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

M&L Cement concrete 1:5:10, type E-2, using 40mm brick aggregate as in in foundation, filling, mass concrete and sub base all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge .

M&L Cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge

M & L RCC 1:1½ :3, (nominal mix), Type A-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregates for slabs supported on walls, beams, columns and in shelves, the like all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge .

M & L form work to edges of concrete flats, treads, breaks in floors, window cills, concrete railings, openings in concrete walls, floor and roofs, horizontal or sloping and similar work exceeding 10cm but not exceeding 20cm wide for rough finished surfaces of concrete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

S & F 35mm thick 2nd class hard wood glazed and skeleton shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze etc. (without sash bars), edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass, etc.; size of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part – I, Section – 8, clause 8.24 (a) ; supplied and fitted to chowkats all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge .

S&F Factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30mm thick (Style) consisting of frame made out of MS tubes for top and bottom rails. MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded coloured PVC ’C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail and bottom rail on either side and as gap insert for top rail and bottom rail; Panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the MS frame welded/ sealed into the stiles and rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and jointed together with solvent cement, supplying and fixing in the frame at site as per specification complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

M&L for Water proofing treatment to RCC sunken slab as specified below and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. :- (a) 15 mm plaster in cm 1:3 with WPC on raised verticle surface (b) Cleaning the surface with wire brush/coir brush, removing lose material like dust partucles, dirt etc. (c) Creating fillet covering of 50x50 mm with polymer modified mortar on the junction of slab and walls (d) Apply first coat of two component modified polymer coating on the horizontal and verticle surface (e) Provision of glass fiber mesh of 2 x 2 mm immediately on above coating (f) Apply second coat of two component modified polymer coating after 72 hrs (g) Laying concrete over the coating as per requirment (h) Joining the saintary pipes with the waterproofing tape having bridging ability of more than 1.5 mm (j) Filling the gap between the wall opening and saintary pipe with non shrink cementatious grout (k) Complete the treatment to be carried out by authorised applicator of waterproofing manufacturer. Make:- Dr. Fixit/Fosroc/BASF/STP Note: (i) The treatment shall be carried out as per the manufacturers instructions and as directed by the Engineer in charge. PCC filling will be paid separately (ii) The Plan area of floor shall be considered for payment. (iii) Cost of WPC @ 3% by wt of cement is included in the unit rate of item.

M & L machine cut Kota stone slab flooring 18-20mm thick over and including cement screed base 20mm thick in cement mortar 1:3, laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in – Charge.

All as per Srl item No. 63 here in before but for vertical surfaces over screed 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

M & L for 50mm thick cement concrete type C-1 (1:3:6) using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection etc finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

M & L for 75mm thick cement concrete type D-2 (1:4:8) using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in sub floors, sub bases etc all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

M & L 25 mm thick Cement Conrete 1:2:4 type B–0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregates flooring finished even and rough to receive topping layer all as specified and directed by Engineer - in – Charge .

M & L for non skid ceramic coloured tiles with matt finish, 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement paste pigmented to tile shade over and including 15mm thick cement and sand screed (1:4) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

M & L vitrified ceramic light shade coloured tiles with matt finish, 10 mm thick ( square/ rectangular ) polished, area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement paste pigmented to tile shade over and including 15mm thick cement and sand screed (1:4) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

Dismantling floor or wall tiles including cement mortar bedding, removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in – Charge.
