Installation 11 KV CT / PT alongwith Trivector meter at E-Buses Charging point for New Bus stand Kathua in respect JPDCL Electric Sub Division Kathua on Turnkey Basis by way of Supply, Erection/Installation, Testing, commissioning etc of the following material:

11KV Pilfer resistant metering cubicle for 3 phase 4 wire metering system of Ms sheet steel thickness not than 2mm duly power coat painted suitable for indoor as well as outdoor as per the site requirement . The cubicle shall be painted through7-tank process. The External diametions should be adwquate. panl have two compartment upper meter compartment and lower CT/PT compartment. Provided with synthetic or semi synthetic gas cut firmly flued to the surface. Dust weather and vermic proof and shall somply degree of protecion IP 65 both the chamber having one side hinged door arrangement. The metering panel shall be provided with two no Ms Channle of size 100x50mm on the front ane rear side duly welded and 4 No. of lofting hooks. It should be possible to take meter reading manually. through CMRI and computer with out operating the LV chamber door.

Single Phase. Single Core, Single ratio, Epoxy resin Cast current transformers suitable for 11 KV, copper wound primary type with rated buden 5 VA and accuracy class 0.5 or better and conforming to IS 2705 (Part-i & ii) amended upto date ISF shall be upto 5 the CT ratio shall be as under:- i) 2.5/5 for 25 KVA DT

11 KV/110 V, three phase epoxy resin sast PT rated burden 15 VA per phase and accuracy class 0.5 better and conforming to IS :3156(part I & II) emended upto date with proper clolour coded identification . PTs shall be uniform insulating and withstands seprate source 23 KV pf for one minute

Bus bar details. CTs bus bar- 40x6 mm copper strip of adequate size. PTs bus bar. Copper wire 8 SWG of 30x0.6 mm copper flat strip to connect PT terminal of adequate size. Duly Insulated by the monoplast tape.

PVC copper wire flexible multi-stand of required size secondary connection for CT wiring the minimum wire size shall be 4 mm2 (RYB) and for PT wiring minimum wire size shall be 2.5mm2 (RYB)

Copper lugs preferable ring duly crimped for termination of wire and tape.

Grounding bus of minimum 40mm copper, 25 CM long fixed to the unit in HV chamber. The CTs, PT meter and 11KV cable sheath shall be grounded to the bus through grounding wire (green) of Min size 10mm2
