Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m. All kinds of soil. the contractor has to defect different y=utilities like sewer line water supply line, electrical cable, gas pipe line extra using utility detecting machine before start the excavation only after getting permission of engineer in charge

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth consolidating each deposited layer by ramming & watering, lead upto 50 M & lift up to 1.5m.

Earth work in embankment in ordinary soil , embankment to be done in 20 cm layers,breaking clods,watering,rolling each layer with 1/2 tone roller or wooden roller or steel rammer and rolling every therd and top most layer power roller or minimum 8 tonne inluding 1.5 Mts. lift and all lead including cartage of earth by machanical transportation and all T & P Labour etcrequired proper completion of work . (Earth sall be arranged by the conctor at his own cost from out of Noida.)

Supplying and filling in plinth with sand under floors, including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-III) : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

Providing and laying damp-proof course 40mm thick with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 12.5mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Extra for providing and mixing water proofing material in cement concrete Per 50 Kg work in doses by weight of cement as per manufacturer's specification.

Providing & applying a coat of residual petroleum bitumen of grade of VG-10 of approved quality using 1.7kg per square metre on damp proof course after cleaning the surface with brushes and finally with a piece of cloth lightly soaked in kerosene oil.

Providing and laying in position ready mixed M-25 grade cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work; using coarse aggregate and fine aggregate derived from natural sources, Portland Pozzolana / Ordinary Portland / Portland Slag cement, admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate / retard setting of concrete, to improve durability and workability without impairing strength; including pumping of concrete to site of laying, curing, carriage for all leads; but excluding the cost of centering, shuttring, finishing and reinforcement as per direction of the engineer-in-charge, for thr following grades of concrete upto Plinth Level Concrete of M25 grade with minimum cement content of 330 kg/cum
