MANNING & OPERATION AND COMPREHENSIVE MAINTENANCE Manning & Operation of Two lifts from 1400 hrs to 2200 hrs in one shifts operated by one operator per shift for both the lifts (one operator for two lifts per shift shall be employed) on all days including holidays and during all type of weather/climatic conditions, providing rescue to the trapped person, maintaining the lifts and connected equipments and accessories including lift room in clean and tidy condition during the operation period and also Manning & Operation of Lifts in case of failure of commercial supply by running of DG Set installed within the vicinity meant for lift supply and Comprehensive maintenance for Both the Lifts: (Routine , preventive , breakdown) as per attached format (Daily, weekly, fortnightly, monthly, qtrly, half yearly, yearly maintenance) and keeping the lifts and its connected equipments in servicable condition round the clock (on all days including holidays) and during all type of weather/climatic conditions for the undermentioned lifts of any type (geared or gearless, Auto or manual operated, with or without VVVF drive system, with or without ARD system etc) and also maintaining the necessary documents complete all as specified and directed, Location:- 08 passenger lift and 13 passanger lift, both the Lifts of Make OTIS, serving Ground + 7 Upper Floors and installed at Vidhut Cheetah, B Camp, P-56. Notes : a) Quoted Rates shall be deemed to include to provide one alternative employee (reliever) to provide the services, so that the other employee can avail the facility of weekly leave etc. b) Cost of all the maintenance,repairs and including replacement of components and parts (except those considered under item Nos. 8 to 26 herein after) that too for the specific lift as indicated therein to keep the lifts in perfect serviceable condition shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate of the contractor. The contractor shall be responsible for handing over the lifts in serviceable condition at the time of completion of works. The payment for replacement of parts/components considered under item Nos 9 to 20 hereinafter shall only be made for separately in case required, ordered and provided. c) Comprehensive maintenance of the lifts shall be got done by the contractor either from the OEM or their accredited / authorised agencies or through any other agency having valid license for carrying out the repairs of the lifts issued by the Competent Authority (i.e. Central Govt / State Govt / PSU's). Necessary authenticated documents on account of above shall be produced by the contractor to the GE before commencement of the work.

Comprehensive maintenance (Routine , preventive , breakdown) as per attached format (Daily, weekly, fortnightly, monthly, qtrly, half yearly, yearly maintenance) and keeping the lift and its connected equipments in servicable condition round the clock (on all days including holidays) and during all type of weather/climatic conditions for the undermentioned lifts of any type (geared or gearless, Auto or manual operated, with or without VVVF drive system, with or without ARD system etc) and also maintaining the necessary documents complete all as specified and directed, Location :- 08 passenger lift serving Ground + 5, Upper Floors, MONARCH Make, installed at DSC Block (Bldg No. P-7).

Comprehensive maintenance (Routine , preventive , breakdown) as per attached format (Daily, weekly, fortnightly, monthly, qtrly, half yearly, yearly maintenance) and keeping the lift and its connected equipments in servicable condition round the clock (on all days including holidays) and during all type of weather/climatic conditions for the undermentioned lift of any type (geared or gearless, Auto or manual operated, with or without VVVF drive system, with or without ARD system etc) and also maintaining the necessary documents complete all as specified and directed, Location:- 08 passenger two lift, both the Lifts of Make KONE, serving Ground + 5 Upper Floors and installed at Release Sailors Block

Comprehensive maintenance (Routine , preventive , breakdown) as per attached format (Daily, weekly, fortnightly, monthly, qtrly, half yearly, yearly maintenance) and keeping the lift and its connected equipments in servicable condition round the clock (on all days including holidays) and during all type of weather/climatic conditions for the undermentioned lift of any type (geared or gearless, Auto or manual operated, with or without VVVF drive system, with or without ARD system etc) and also maintaining the necessary documents complete all as specified and directed, Location:- Two Goods Lift (Capacity 2000 Kg & 3000 Kg), both the Lifts of Make THYSSENKRUP ELEVATORS, serving Ground + 2 Upper Floors and installed at NSD Store house. Notes for item Nos 03 to 07: (a) Cost of all the maintenance,repairs and including replacement of components and parts (except those considered under item Nos. 9 to 20 herein after) that too for the specific lift as indicated therein to keep the lifts in perfect serviceable condition shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate of the contractor. The contractor shall be responsible for handing over the lifts in serviceable condition at the time of completion of works. The payment for replacement of parts/components considered under item Nos 9 to 20 hereinafter shall only be made for separately in case required and ordered. (b) Comprehensive maintenance of the lifts shall be got done by the contractor either from the OEM or their accredited / authorised agencies or through any other agency having valid license for carrying out the repairs of the lifts issued by the Competent Authority (i.e. Central Govt / State Govt / PSU's). Necessary authenticated documents on account of above shall be produced by the contractor to the GE before commencement of the work. (c) For item No 01 to 07, lift safety shall be certified by Govt authorised lift inspector for all the lift mentioned here-in-before and submitted to this ffice for our record and rate shall be inclusive of the quoted rate.

Taking out existing unserviceable main hoist steel wire rope after disconnecting from counter weight pulley and car cabin and supply and fix new steel wire rope 13mm dia, ungalvanised 8/19 construction, conforming to IS-14665 including making necessary connection with weigh, pully and car cabin clamps, nuts, bolts, washers ect, Make Usha Martine or equivalent as approved by the GE, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out existing unserviceable main hoist steel wire rope after disconnecting from counter weight pulley and car cabin and supply and fix new steel wire rope 10mm dia, ungalvanised 8/19 construction, conforming to IS-14665 including making necessary connection with weigh, pully and car cabin clamps, nuts, bolts, washers ect, Make Usha Martine or equivalent as approved by the GE, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out old unservicable travelling cable from hoist way and supply and fixing new travelling cable PVC FRLS insulated, 12 core, flat / round type with multistranded copper conductor, 1100 volts grade of size 0.75 sqmm, conforming to relavant IS with and including crimping with lugs of appropriate thimbles, suspended type, freely moveable with car cabin up & down between ground & upper floors including necessary proper connection etc with mid way junction and other connections required in circuit, complete all as specifed and directed Make : Finolex / Polycab/Incab.

Taking out existing old defective sensor and in lieu providing new sensor with INFRA RED safety edge with power unit on car door to safeguard passenger entering and leaving the lift suitable for 08/10/13 passenger capacity lift of OTIS / MONARCH / THYSSENKRUP ELEVATORS / KONE make, complete all as specified and directed, Make : MEMCO or equivalent make as approved by GE.

Taking out existing unserviceable cabin fan and providing new cabin fan, non-oscilating type, axial flow, single speed, 300mm sweep, 240 volt, with grill, (Make : EMCO/VBM/CINI), complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out existing light fittings and in lieu S & F New LED light fittings, 16 Watt complete with and including LED, all accessories, fixutres of make CROMPTON GREAVES : Cat No. CCLB 16- CDL 16 Watt or equivalent of Make BAJAJ/PHILIPS as approved by the GE.

Dismantling & Taking out defective unserviceable main drive (any type) from existing control panel and supply and fixing new variable voltage, variable frequency drive (VVVF) of make Yasakawa/Fuji Japan/ Schneider upto 11.00 KW suitable for EXISTING LIFT and including making necessary electric connection, complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting and Taking out existing unserviceable COP assembly and supply and fixing new car operating panel (COP) assembly with and including illuminated push button for floor position, alarm, nonstop, door stop, door close, cabin fan, cabin light stop, attendant out key etc, direction indicator of 7 segment display with SPI card on stainless steel face plate duly controlled and electric connection, also including necessary wiring for laminated push button of each floor, cutting wall, making good the surfaces to match with the existing surfaces, suitable for 08 Passenger lift installed at P-7 & P-56 complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling and Taking out unserviceable old landing push button box alongwith illuminated call button with control wiring & in lieu supplying and fixing new landing push button box alongwith illuminated call button and LED display indicator with CPI card on stainless steel face plate with control wiring for 08 Passenger lift installed at P-7 & P-56, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down existing unserviceble batteries from machine room and in lieu S&F sealed maintenance free (SFM) batteries of 12 volts, 17 AH (Make : Exide/Amron), making necessary connections with and including copper lead to connect brass terminals of batteries, complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down existing unserviceble batteries from machine room and in lieu S & F new sealed maintenance free (SMF) batteries of 12 volts, 24 AH (Make : Exide/Amron), making necessary connections with and including copper lead to connect brass terminals of batteries etc, complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling and taking out old unserviceble set of 2 Nos car door shutters, headers, hangers, door drive unit with full beam infrared sensor upto full length of car door, aluminium sill, VVVF door drive unit for motor complete with all accessories, disconnecting control connections from car cabin, supplying and fixing new set of 2 Nos car door shutters power operated, centre opening by horizontal sliding, flush type panels of 18 SWG stainless steel with hairline finish (N-304) complete with and including providing new headers, hangers, door drive unit with full beam infrared sensor upto full length of car door, aluminium sill, VVVF door drive unit for motor complete with all accessories, making control connections etc. for Goods lift installed in GODAVARI , complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling and taking out old unserviceble set of 02 Nos landing door shutters, hangers, gate lock, aluminium sill etc. Supply and fixing new set of 2 Nos landing door shutters, power operated, centre opening by harizontal sliding, flush type panels of stainless steel 18 SWG with hair line finish (N-304) complete with and including provision of new hangers, gate lock, aluminium sill etc as required for entire completion for Goods lift installed in GODAVARI , complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling / taking down carefully existing false ceiling with fan grill & LED and in lieu providing new false ceiling made of 1.2mm thick stainless steel with hair line finish (N-304) fitted with aluminium square fan grill & 05 watt LED at four corners, suitable for 08 passenger lift cabin at DSC block, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling / taking down carefully existing false ceiling with fan grill & LED and in lieu providing new false ceiling made of 1.2mm thick stainless steel with hair line finish (N-304) fitted with aluminium square fan grill & 05 watt LED at 8 Nos, suitable for Goods lift cabin at Godawari, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling existing cabin side panels and supply and fix side enclosures on three side of cabin made from SS 304 grade sheet, 1.2 mm thick, hair line finish, and stainless steel 1.2 mm thick sheet etc suitable lift cabin having 8 & 13 passenger capacity, including safety instruction, Do & Don't board, emergency Numbers etc for as per exisiting width & depth in Vidhut bldg complete all as specified and directed by Engineer -in- charge.

Dismantling existing cabin MS Platform and ceiling and supply and fix new platform made from 3mm thick formed 100 x 50 mm channel, covered with 5 mm thick aluminium checkered plate on MS Sheet and ceiling made from 2 mm thick CRCA Sheet, in powder coated finish, as per exisiting width & depth complete all as specified and directed by Engineer -in- charge. Location : 8 & 13 passenger lift installed inVidhuyt

Supply and Laying or fixing or passing through pipe, XLPE/PVC insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade cross sectional area 35 Sqmm 3.5 core in trenches, along the wall including necessary connection and providing cable lugs as required including disconnection/taking down of existing unsvcable all as specified.

S & F in repair MCCB 250 Amps, 25 kA Triple Pole 415 Volts complete all as specified and directed.
