Supply and fixing GI snap grid frame work (Grid size 605cm x 605cm) for false ceiling consisting of main runner 'T' of size 24mm x 32mm and 0.3mm thick, Secondary runner 'T' of size 24mm x 25mm and 0.3mm thick, GI angle 24mmx 24mm and 0.4mm thick, Bottom exposed capping of width 24 mm of all T-sections shall be of 0.25mm thick PPGI, hot dipped galvanised steel with zink coating not less than 120gm / Sqm, ceiling grid system duly suspended by 4mm dia GI wire hanging from existing purlins /roof slab with butterfly clips including Gypsum ceiling tiles of size 595 x 595 x 9 mm laminated with 0.07 mm thick polyvinyl film on the face side and 10 micron metalized polyester film on the back side fixed on GI snap grid complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in- Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) ground floor to 4th floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removing the rubbish from the work site out side defence premises complete all as specified.

Roughening surfaces of old concrete floors by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, etc. and brushing surface with neat cement slurry with 3.0 Kg of cement per sqm, removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the cantt area complete all specified.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding, terrazo dado from wall surface (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises. Complete all as specied and directed.

Material and labour glazed ceramic coloured Digital tiles in vertical surface 300x450x7 mm thick, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed white or colored cement to match the surface over and including 10 mm thick CM 1:4 all as specified. (Sample as approved & Kept in GE's sample room)

M&L for joint free ceramic coloured Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm,in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match and laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 as in floors etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down shutters of any description exc 1 sqm and n exc 2 sqm each and removing from the site all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkhats or frames with shutter (without taking off shutters from the frame) not exceeding 1.5 sqm each and removing from site complete all as specified.

Taking down chowkhats or frames with shutter (without taking off shutters from the frame) exceeding 1.5 sqm but not exceeding 4 sqm each and removing from site complete all as specified.

S&F 35mm thick 2nd class hard wood plain, framed, factory made panelled shutter (one panel) with lock rail and panel of 9 mm B.W.P. commercial ply or 12mm veneered particle board with commercial veneering on both faces. The size of rail and stile as per IS : 1003 (Part-I), kiln in seasoned and chemically pressure treated complete all as specified.

S&F 25mm outer dia stainless steel decorative drapery rod of thickness 20 gauge and for every 01 RM length, with stainless steel brackets near to ends with stainless steel finials for 25mm dia drapery rod at both ends. The drapery rod shall be projecting 150 mm outer side from the clear opening of doors/windows. ( Including necessary fittings)

M&L for preparation of old decorated concrete/ plastered surfaces of walls, Pillars, cornices etc by booming down with steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots & rubbing with sand paper and applying two coatd of oil bound distemper on old decorated wall surface including two coats of wall care putty of 1 to 2 mm thick on uneven surface as and where required.

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls & applying two coats of oil bound distemper over two coat of wall care putty of 1 to 2 mm thick and one coat of primer complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation of new decorated brick /concrete plastered /un-plastered surfaces of Ceiling and applying three coats of white wash on ceiling.

M&L 16-18mm Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite over Screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick for laying floor finishes in cement mortar 1:4 Brushing neat cement slurry with 3.00 kg of cement per sq. metre

M&L machine cut kota stone slab (Minimum size shallbe 550x550 mm) flooring 18 - 20mm thick, laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and Mirror polishing complete,laid over and including screed bed or bedding layer of 20 mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L machine cut kota stone 10-12 mm thick, laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and Mirror polishing set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match, the shade/colour of tiles over and including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4, as in vertical surfaces complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Cutting,grinding cleaning and treating the surface of existing kota stone including rubbing and mirror polishing complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Rounding to edges of stone slabs one edge,such as in steps, cooking platform, and other similar situations,all as specified and directed.

Complete removal of existing water proofing treatment of any description incl under layer, taking down of cement plaster any thickness and removal of debris off the premises including grubbing up of trees and preparation of concrete surfaces by scrubbing down with steel brushes and cleaning with water to remove all loose dirt/dust.

M&L for P.C.C 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate as in padding over roof finished and laid to required slope complete all as specified and as directed.
