Providing and fixing panelled or panelled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows, including ISi marked M.S. pressed butt hinges bright finished of required size with necessary screws Second class teak wood 30 mm thick shutters HSR 12.7.1.2

Providing and fi xing bright finished brass tower bolts (barrel type) with necessary screws etc. complete 250x10 mm HSR Item No. 12.78.1

Providing and fixing ISi marked oxidised M.S. sliding door bolts with nuts and screws etc. complete 300x16 mm HSR 12.65.1

Providing and fixing 1st quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer ) of approved make in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer-in-Charge HSR Item No. 10.58

Removing white or colour wash by scrapping and sand papering sqm and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete HSR Item No. 30.21

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (Ready mix) having voe content less than 50 grams/ litre of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade Old work (one or more coats) HSR Item No. 30.25.1

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade Old work (one or more coats @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) complete HSR Item No. 30.35.2

Preparation of ply wood surface for painting including sand papering the surface and applying filling with approved quality filler consisting of white lead, linseed oil, varnish and chalk mitti including finishing the surface to required finish complete HSR 11.76

Applying pink primer or aluminium priming coat on wood work including preparation of surface, Knotting and stopping etc HSR 11.77

Painting two coats excluding priming coat with synthetic enamel paint in all shades on new wood work or metallic or plastered or concrete surfaces to give an even shade HSR 11.78
