PROVN OF TRAINING SHEDS AT RVC CENTRE AND COLLEGE AT MEERUT UNDER GE (PROJECT) MEERUT CANTT

Construction of Training Shed at RVC Center & college in Meerut cantt with permanent specification all as shown on drawings and as specified.

Supply and fix MCB distribution board double door type, SPN 8 way, 240 Volts sheet steel powder painted IP 43 protection with bus bar, neutral link & earth bar etc. for incoming RCBO and outgoing MCBs complete all as specified & directed.

S&F 40-63 amp rating 240V, 10KA 'C' curve miniature circuit breaker (MCB) SPN and 40-63 Amps current carrying capacity in the MCB DB complete with connection testing and commissioning.complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and fix MCB, SP, 'C' curve, 6 - 32 Amps, 10 kA complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for submain wiring alongwith earth wire with 2 x 4.0 Sqmm + 1 x 4.0 Sqmm earth wire FRLSH PVC insulated, unsheathed, multistranded, 1100 Volts grade copper conductor cable single core, drawn through and including PVC Conduit 20 mm bore medium grade and its all accessories of suitable size on wall/roof surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Two runs of 4.0 Sqmm, one run of 4.0 Sqmm copper cable and one run of PVC conduit shall be measured as one unit length.

(a) One light point point /bell buzzer/ ceiling fan/Exhaust fan point controlled by one-one way 5/6 Amp switch.

(b) One 3 pin, 05 / 06 Amps socket outlet point on same board controlled by one, one way 05 / 06 Amps switch.

(c) One 3 pin, 05 / 06 Amps socket outlet point on independent board controlled by one, one way 05 / 06 Amps switch.

All as per item No. 3.03 above but with 4 Sqmm for 3 pin 16 Amps socket point controlled by one switch on independent board and 4 Sqmm copper conductor green in colour as earth continuity conductor complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix switch piano flush type 6 Amps, one way complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Switch socket combination 2 in 1, 3 pin, 6 Amps flush type universal complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Switch socket combination 2 in 1, 3 pin, 6 and 16 Amps flush type universal complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Ceiling rose, 3 terminal, PVC/ polycarbonate insulated body complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing wall mounted LED batten fittings extruded aluminium heat sink provided for efficient heat dissipation & integrated electronic driver 22W LED (4ft) complete with all accessories including connecting up with twin core twisted flexible copper conductor cable with suitable size complete including taking down old U/s fittings complete all as specified and directed .

Supply and fixing ceiling fans complete with blades, down rods, electronic regulator and accessories, 230 V, 1200 mm sweep. Min air delivery 210 CFM with service value 6.00 BEE. Five star rated with brushless direct current motor (BLDC) complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix LED street light fitting 35 Watt 230 V AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminum housing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP 66 protection complete all as specified and directed.

M&L of GI Pipe Bracket made out of Galvanised Iron Tubing 40mm bore (dia), light grade, 1.50 Metre long bent to shape as per specified for fixing Security Light Fitting including suitable size of clamps and applying Two coats of Aluminium Paint over a coat of Aluminium Primer, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying or fixing or passing through pipe, 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable with PVC insulated aluminium conductor served with an inner sheathing of PVC tape armoured with galvanised steel wire or tape and overall PVC sheathed 2 Core,10 sq. mm nominal cross section in service connections including bracket of suitable size complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for earthing complete with galvanised mild steel earth plate electrode 60cmx60cmx6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25mtr deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5mtr below normal ground level steel earth plate connected with GI wire 04mm dia by means of lug, bolts, nuts, check nuts, washers of galvanised iron or steel GI protection pipe 15mm bore light grade all as shown in elect plate No.5 of SSR part -I connecting to main switch board / Main DB’s including excavation, earth work, salt and charcoal dust mixed and packed 150mm thick around GI earth plate, GI pipe medium grade 20mm nominal bore watering pipe GI sheet funnel wire mesh, concrete pit, RCC cover in PCC 1:2:4 type B1 duly reinforced with MS Bars 6mm dia at the rate of 150mm center to center both way with suitable lifting handle and pit / chamber in PCC 1:3:6 type C1 , Angle iron 40x40x5mm frame for pit cover including testing on completion complete all as specified and directed.
