Dry cleaning in identified/instructed area as per EIC. This activity includes cleaning of concrete/hard surface by brooming with coconut broom to remove dust , debrish , removal of any vegetation , cobweb removal, garbage removal and disposing all collected wastes to nearby Garbage pit. The area shall include Pathway, PCC road, Terrace, Parking area etc. and any identified location as per direction of EIC

Wet cleaning in identified/instructed area as per EIC.This activity includes Wet cleaning on stairs, railing, landings of buildings , by brooming and pochha including dusting, cobwebs removal and as per direction of EIC. The works includes removal of dust Cobwebs from common area of buildings. Only floor area shall be measured for payment against above activity.

Water wash in toilets as per direction of EIC. This activity includes water wash of toilet and then swabbing of toilet area ,toilet floor,skirting,wall tiles,toilet sanitary fittings with toilet cleaning fluid on all working days as per direction of EIC. Only floor area shall be measured for payment.

Plinth drain cleaning in identified/instructed area as per EIC. This activity includes cleaning of plinth drain along the building using coconut broom or other suitable means and disposal of garbage/muck/waste to identified location as per direction of EIC. It also includes sweeping and removal of grass/bush with the attachment of drain and plinth protection. Length of plinth drain shall be measured for payment.

Manhole cleaning as per direction of EIC. This activity includes cleaning of manhole including removal of earth/debris/sludge/zero value waste material and disposing the same at identified location using required plant/machinery with all labour cost as and when directed by EIC.

Septic tank cleaning as per direction of EIC. This activity includes cleaning of septic tank including removal of earth/debris/sludge/zero value waste material and disposing the same at identified location using required plant/machinery with all labour cost as and when directed by EIC.

Catch drain cleaning in identified/instructed area as per EIC. This activity includes cleaning of plinth drain along the building using coconut broom or other suitable means and disposal of garbage/muck/waste to identified location as per direction of EIC. It also includes sweeping and removal of grass/bush with the attachment of drain and plinth protection. Length of plinth drain shall be measured for payment. Depth 0-1.5 m

Catch drain cleaning in identified/instructed area as per EIC. This activity includes cleaning of plinth drain along the building using coconut broom or other suitable means and disposal of garbage/muck/waste to identified location as per direction of EIC. It also includes sweeping and removal of grass/bush with the attachment of drain and plinth protection. Length of plinth drain shall be measured for payment. Depth 1.5m to 3.0 m
