AMC of following components in the Committee Room of MC Building Sec-17. The AMC rate includes the visiting charges, wires, switches and other accessories required to keep the below mentioned components in running condition. The system must be in running condition all the time. The major maintenance should be carried out by the firm by providing some standby arrangements to avoid any disruption in functioning in Committee Room.The AMC covers any fault or non working of the system & the same should be attended by the agency within two hours. Delay in attending the calls or sending the qualified engineer within time limit i.e. 2 hours specified in this clause, will attract penalty @ Rs. 500 per hour. The firm will be fully responsible for any inconvenience occured to MC authorities. The rates are inclusive of atleast one time inspection of complete system once in a month, in addition to emergency period. Log book shall be maintained by the agency for routine inspection and complaints attended by him on demand shall be recorded.

Annual Comprehensive Maintenance of following components in the Committee Room, MC Building, Sec 17. The service shall be done by experienced engineer. The rate includes comprehensive maintennace of below mentoned components. The faulty parts/components must be repaired/replaced to keep the system in fully functional state. The agency need to keep all the minor spares in its inventory to reduce the maintenance time. In addition agency should do required arrangements to replace/repair the components from OEM.
