S&F rolled Mild steel sections as in main and cross beams hip and jack rafters, purlines fixed independentlyof Fe-410W (Gde-250) quality A complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Pre painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Pre painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strengh of 550 mpa as on roof covering/ridges fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of Asbestos cement (corrugated, semicorrugated, etc) sheets in roof covering incl ridges complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 6mm thick AC corrugated sheets in roofs fixed with 'L' or 'J' type in cranked hooks bolts all as specified.

Fixing only for 6mm thick AC corrugated sheets in roofs fixed with 'L' or 'J' type in cranked hooks bolts all as specified.

M&L for asbestos cement two piece separated ridge fixed with "L" type or "J" type in crancke hook bolts for corrugated or semi corrugated sheets complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster from brick or stone walls, ceiling etc including racking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick works in CM 1:6 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L 4 mm thick Non-Asbestos Cement Plain ceiling boards, fixed to timber/ Aluminium frame work with screws in ceilings and preparing surface, applying two coats of OBD over a coat of primer. complete all as sepcified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherewise specifically provided for as in roof incl tarfelt etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 40mm thick plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in padding (level course) on roof finishing cement concrete surfaces complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick in CM (1:3) using water proofing compound as per manufacturer instruction as in roof and chajjas finishingcement concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note : Water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately.

M&L for (a)applying a coat of 85/25 bitumen based primer over the plastered surfaces @0.30Ltr/Sqm (b) Providing and laying APP based polymeric membrane of 3mm thickness of weight not less than 3.50kg/sqm on primed surfaces by means of torch application with side overlap of 100 mm both longitudinally and transversely (c) Over APp membrane applying a coat of bitumen primer of 85/25 grade @1.20Ltr/Sqm and over this primer a coat of aluminium paint @0.20Ltr/sqm complete all as specified and directed

S&F in repair PTMT ball valves 20 mm dia high pressure with epoxy coated aluminium rod and high denscity plastic ball screwed for iron pipes and fixed to iron pipes.

S&F in repairs Gun metal globe or gate valves high pressure with polythene float and fly nut complete screwed for iron pipe or for unions of 20 mm bore and complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for uprooting of wild trees such as grass/ bushes etc., from the roof / wall surfaces /AC sheets/ Soil pipes surroundings including its penetrated roots with suitable cleaning chemical and making good to the damaged plaster by providing CM 1:3 and finish the surfaces to match with the existing surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.
