Carriage of material by mechanical transport including loading, unloading and stacking out side municipal limits upto lead of 20 KM . Lime, morum, building rubbish .

Providing and fixing IS : 3564 marked aluminium extruded section body tubular type universal hydraulic door closer (having brand logo with IS : 3564,embossed on body,doorweight upto 36kg to 80kg and door width from 701mm to 1000mm ) , with double speed adjustments with necessary accessories and screws etc. complete.with double speed adjustment with necessary accessories and screws etc. complete.

Steel work in built up sections framed work including cutting hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel praimer all complete using structural steel as required. In ralings guard bars ladder railings brackets gates , chequered plates and similar works.

12mm cement plaster of mix: 1:4 (1 cement :4 coarse sand)

Applying one coat of cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface :Cement Primer

Finishing walls with textured exterior paint of required shade : new work two or more coats applied@ 3.28 ltr./10sqm) over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @2.20kg/10sqm. Note: The work is to be carried out in an 8-storied building & nothing extra will be paid for 'Jhula' etc. Physical inspection of site must be done before quoting rates.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade: Two or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 to 2mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Wall painting with acrylic emulsion paint ,having VOC (volatile organic compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre of approved brand and manufacture including applying additional coats of whereever required, to achive even shade and colour.Two Coats

Removing white or colour wash / texture paint by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete. Note: The work is to be carried out in an 8-storied building & nothing extra will be paid for 'Jhula' etc. Physical inspection of site must be done before quoting rates.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade including primer where ever required. One or more coats on old work

Finishing walls with premium Acrylic smooth exterior paint with silicon additives of required shade: old work (two or more coats @ 1.43ltr / 10 sqm) on existing cement paint surface. Note: The work is to be carried out in an 8-storied building & nothing extra will be paid for 'Jhula' etc. Physical inspection of site must be done before quoting rates.

Providing and fixing double Scaffolding system ( cup lock type ) on the exterior side , upto seven story height made with 40mm dia M.S. tube 1.5m centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S stair case system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removig it there after. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workman etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose. The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding. Note :- This item to be used for maintenance work judicially, necessary deduction for scaffolding in the existing item to be done.

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12mm to 20mm in patches of area 2.5 sq. meters and under including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50metres lead :Note: The work is to be carried out in an 8-storied building & nothing extra will be paid for 'Jhula' etc. Physical inspection of site must be done before quoting rates.

Providing and fixing infrared sensor for urinal having pre & post flushing with water (250 ml & 500 ml consumption), having water inlet from back side,including fixing to wall with suitable brackets all as per manufacturers specification and direction of Engineer-incharge.

Providing & Fixing Vertical blinds 100mm with soft textured acrylic of any shade of Vista/Mac or equivalent make of approved quality,colour on the existing windows including cost of all materials such as brackets,plugs, screws etc. complete in all respect as per the the direction of Engineer in Charge.

Buy back of dismanteled existing aluminium windows of assorted size and angle of up to size 50x50x6 and taking out from CSIR Complex office premises all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
