Dismantling of center mechanism and PST Reduction gear box with motor and other mechanical fixtures from the top of centre mechanism with all incoming outgoing connection, shifting to workable safe place after Isolating the PST from inflowing and out flowing channels by closing sluice gate to ensure no flow in the PST. De-watering the stagnant water from the PST and cleaning the site manually for execution of the work. with Shuttering arrangement for above turn table cartage of M.S pipe, M.S plate, Nut Bolts, Bracket from the shuttering material high long boom crane with hydra site at STP with Lifting of bridge with the help of mechanicalHydraulic jack at center of bridge with taking all the precaution and resting the bridge with suitable packing/ mechanical supports vertically as well as crossed by welding work as required as per site requirement.

Making temporary plate from in the PST around the central cage with all Tand P as thrust supports jacks, MS pipe, MS plate, wire rope complete with all safety equipments to execution of work as per site requirement.

Rehabilitation of existing Turntable assembly for noiseless trouble operation of the Turntable including supply of components and job work as required but not limited to the following Repairing overhauling housing strengthening.Repair, machining, polishing and leveling of bevel gear and complete centre mechanism.Welding of complete worn out housing using special purpose electrodes, and machining.Replacement of SS roller ball as per sample.Hardening of complete seat by flame surface hardening. Repairing of the seat in both portion of turntable of housing by special type welding material. Repairing of the seat in bottom of center mechanism of housing by special type bearing steel welding material rods and welding of complete worn out housing making proper machining and smooth finishing of the complete housing by flame tempering surface hardening of housing in appx. 1.5mtr dia. in round shape as per job requirement. Repairing of the seat in top part of center mechanism housing by special type bearing material steel welding rods welding of complete worn out housing making proper machining and smooth finishing on vertical boring machine and after this complete bearing seat into hard by flame surface hardening of bearing rotating sheet in approx. 1.5 Mtr dia in round shape also making the fixture for clamped on vertical boring machine as per job requirement.

Repairing of reduction gear box with replacement of all damaged bearing with worn out gears machining of complete body with help of lathe machine to replace all damaged mechanical parts with required oil complete in all respect

Assembly of complete internal gear and gear box assembly after fixing of complete turn table along with the other gear with all safety measures with heavy labour and material handling equipment

Erection of the complete structure PST after assembly/fixing the above material with provision of weight to align the same as per GM deign

To, and fro , loading & unloading with all allied other hardware items complete charges

Painting the complete PST structure and railings etc. after removing the rust with the wire brush and painting with one coat of metal primer and two coats of enameled paint.

Alignment, Testing and commissioning the complete PST after completion in all respect on No load Full load.
