Maintenance of Wharf Cranes at Haddo wharf (25 Ton ELL Mukand Crane), Chatham wharf (6 Ton ELL Mukand Crane) and Junglighat Harbour (6 Ton ELL Mukand Crane) for the period of One Year.

Attending checking the 03 Nos. wharf cranes (25 Ton ELL Mukand Crane at Haddo, 6 Ton ELL Mukand Crane at Chatham, 6 Ton ELL Mukand Crane at Junglighat) for all mechanical components, all drives, all moving parts, all mechanical transmission systems, all mechanical controls, electrical control panels, motors and their wirings, control gears, terminal connectors, master controller, rheostat resistance units, power collectors, centre column assembly and all lighting circuits and its distribution boxes all the motion limit switches interface cables, control supply and lighting transformer, cleaning, greasing/lubricating the mechanical equipments perodically and preparing equipments for operation as per the direction of the EIC,including cost of labour charges, LWC, GST, minor tools & plants etc complete, but excluding cost of materials which will be provided by the department on free of cost . The charges for PMB Gate entry pass for the workmen & their vehicle, personal protective equipments (Helmet, safety shoes, safety belt, Goggles, safety Gloves etc) to be provided by the agency and the same may be reimbursed as per actual on production of bill/will be issued by department on free of cost. Assume 1 Crane out of 3 Crane checked per Day (365 Days x 1 Checking Day x 1 Crane)

Attending repairs as and when required basis for ABB/Mukand Make drive control panels of 03 Nos. wharf cranes (25 Ton ELL Mukand Crane at Haddo, 6 Ton ELL Mukand Crane at Chatham, 6 Ton ELL Mukand Crane at Junglighat) such as protective, hoist, luffing, slew and travelling control panels , the work involves checking/finding out the failure of control panel and repair/replacement of damaged/defective Air break contactors, circuit boards, main contacts and other electrical components of the panel & reconnecting all electrical connections, testing and commissioning of the panel for required operation etc. excluding the drive repair works, including cost of labour charges, LWC, GST, minor tools & plants etc complete but excluding cost of materials which will be supplied by the department on free of cost. The charges for PMB Gate entry pass for the workmen & their vehicle, personal protective equipments (Helmet, safety shoes, safety belt, Goggles, safety Gloves etc) to be provided by the agency and the same may be reimbursed as per actual on production of bill/will be issued by department on free of cost. Control Panel wiring diagram will be provided by the department. Assume 3 Cranes x 5 Panels x 2 times
