Removing old unserviceable broken handles from Almirah large steel /Almirah medium steel /Almirah large steel 1/2HX1/2S/Almirah medium steel 1/2HX 1/2S and supply and fix new handle with necessary fittings of approved quality all as specified and directed. (DRG No- FD-114/1031/ 1032/1033&1034)

Removing the existing dented shelves from Almirah steel large/Almirah medium steel /Almirah large steel 1/2HX1/2S/Almirah medium steel 1/2HX 1/2S bringing the item to the original shape and re-fixing the shelves with necessary cleats/nuts/bolts all as specified and directed. (DRG No- FD-114/1031/ 1032/1033&1034)

Removing the existing unserviceable legs from Almirah steel large /Almirah medium steel /Almirah large steel 1/2HX1/2S/Almirah medium steel 1/2HX 1/2S and supply and fixing the new legs made out of 1mm thick CRCA sheet and fixed with welding/riveting as per existing size and duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint (Olive Green) over one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed. (DRG No- FD-114/1031/ 1032/1033&1034)

Chair CB Steel with Arms FD 75 (M) :

Removing unserviceable seat from chair CB steel with arms and S & F new seat made of 2nd class hard wood canned with 2mm wide and 0.3mm thick plastic cane white colour and 4mm wide 0.4mm thick plastic cane for border incl black polishing to the wooden frame and fixing with 4 Nos GI Nuts and bolts of size 3/16"X3" long with two washers on either side of the seat, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for removing unserviceable back from chair CB steel with arms and S & F new back made out of 2nd class hard wood and canned with 2mm wide and 0.3mm thick plastic cane white colour and 4mm wide 0.4mm thick plastic cane for all round the border incl black polishing to the wooden frame and fixing to the same with 4 Nos GI Nut and bolts of size 3/16"X3" long with two washers on either side of the seat, and all as specified and as directed.

M & L for removing unserviceable/broken arms from chair CB steel with arms and S & F new arms made out of first class teak wood and handle shall be black polished and fixed to the chairs CB steel with arms with suitable wooden screws, and all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparation of steel surfaces by emery paper to Chair CB steel with arms and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint olive green shade approved quality over a coat of red oxide primer and all as shown on Drg. And as directed.

REPAIR TO BED PLYWOOD (DRG No- FD-247& FD- 246)

Removing old unserviceable/ worn out existing plywood top from Bed plywood top and S & F new 12mm thick plywood BWR grade Type BB commercial 7 Ply of size 1940 X 915mm of approved make and fixing with minimum 18 Nos 30mm brass screw for each bed complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for polishing of bed plywood top with french polish for obtaining glossy finish incl preparation of wooden surfaces by scrapping with sand paper & apply putty where ever required complete all as specified and directed.

REPAIR OF WOODEN TABLES: Removing unserviceable/ broken table top and S & F new table top made of 18mm thick pre-laminated particle board exterior Grade ( Natural teak finish) with 4mm thick teak wood beading all around the top, complete all as specified and directed, suitable for following type of tables :

M&L for removing the existing nylon newar from charpoy GI pipe and welding four mild steel square tubes 25mmx 25 mm x 16 gauge, 225 mm long on short rails at four corner of Charpoy GI pipe incl drilling holes for fixing plywood with suitable size of counter sunk bolts and nuts and painting steel surfaces of square tubes with two coats of black synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed

M&L for 2 Nos mild steel square tube 25mm x 25 mm x 16 gauge,850 mm long welded on long rails horizontally at equal distance incl drilling 04 Nos holes at equal distance forfixing plywood with counter sunk bolts and nuts and painting steel surfaces of square tubes with two coats of black synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed

S&F 1950 mm x 900 mm x 12mm thick BWR grade, type BB,commercial plywood,7 ply conforming to IS 303 of 1975 with 4 mm thick teak wood beading all around the ply wood edges and fixing ply wood with suitable size of counter sunk bolts,nuts with washer complete all as specified and directed

SOFA SET CUSHOIN: Removing old unserviceable/ worn out cushion and tapestry cloth form sofa set 5 seater ( Set of 10 pieces) and supply of new cushion of size 21" X 22" X 4" thick foam with 40 density as approved by GE, covered with tapestry cloth of approved shade &quality over lining cloth duly covered and stiched complete all as specified and shownon drawing.
