Providing and Fixing "Cobbles" on path way / open court yards over 40mm thick cement sand motor 1 :3 , including keeping 10mm joint between cobbles filled with masaldar grinded lime surkhi mortar 1:1 complete in all respects. The mortar should remain recessed by 5mm from the top surface of the cobble stone.(a) 150 mm. thick

Providing and Fixing Sand stone fine dressed "kerb stone (Dand stone) along with path way /gardening,tapper/round with top edges in cement sand motor 1:2 with an admixture of pigment complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer incharge.

Trenching in specified soil upto a depth of 60 cm. including removal and stacking of serviceable materials and then disposal by spreading and neatly levelling within a lead of 50 metres and making up the trenched area to proper levels by filling with earth or earth mixed with sludge or/and farm-yard manure before and after flooding with water (excluding cost of imported earth and sludge or farm-yard manure)

Preparation of mounds of various size and shape by available excavated/surplus/earth in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, breaking clods, watering of each layer, dressing etc.lead upto 50 meters and lift upto 1.5 m as per direction of officers in-charge.

Grassing with 'Doobs' grass including watering and maintenance of the lawn for 30 days or more till the grass forms a thick lawn free from weeds and fit for moving including supplying good earth if needed. (The good earth shall be paid separately In rows 7.5 cm apart in either direction.

Providing and laying marking of center line and stop line etc with hot thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick on road/ plain surface, including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area with special applicator machine, as per IRC:35 including cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter, demarcation at site and traffic control involved. The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes as per clause 803 of MoRT&H Specification including all material, labour, machinery, lighting, guarding and maintenance of diversion.

Supplying and fixing glow studs of size 100 X 20 mm made of heavy duty body shall be moulded ASA (Acrylic styrene Acrylortrite) of ABS having electronically welded micro prismatic lens with abrasion resistant coating as approved by Engineer- in-charge. The glow stud shall support a load of 13635 kg. tested in accordance with ASTM D4280. The slope of retro-reflective surface shall be 35+/ -5 degree to base. The panels on both sides with at least 12 cm of reflective areas up each side. The luminance intensity should be as per the specification and shall be tested as described in ASTM 1: 809 as recommended in BS : 873 part 4 : 1973 as per approved sample & manufactures by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and installation of delineators (road way indicators, hazard markers, object markers), 80-100 cm high above ground level, painted black and white in 15 cm wide stripes, fitted with 80 x 100 mm rectangular or 75 mm dia circular reflectorised panels at the top, buried or pressed into the ground and confirming toIRC-79 and the drawings.

Supplying and fixing of Wall Mounted Convex Mirror 40" Complete with labour etc.

Providing & Fixing Acrylic / Plastic Speed Breakers (in modular sizes) in colour scheme as per approval. The installation to be done with as per Manufacturer's specifications with Nails and Cement filling at bottom. The breaker should have a load carrying capacity of 30 Tonnes.

Supplying and fixing of Boom Barrier for car: Electromechanical parking barrier with all accessories upto 6 meter length, Complete with labour etc.

Providing & Fixing sand stone perforated drain cover of 450 mm X 600 mm X 75 mm thick of approved and matching with exiting flooring approved by engineer in charge

Provideding and fixing sand stone bench of size 1500 mm x 600 mm x 450 mm. the bench to be made using 100 mm thk Banshipahadpur sand stone slabs with carving and no's carved supports size of 200 x 600 x 600 mm of approved type using relevant fixing details as requied or as directed by architect item to include necessary fixing details fixing of bench on floor if required cleaning and hand polishing of sand stone surfaces etc.complete

Provideding carving and fixing of interpretive signages made out of bansi paharpur white stone of size 575 x 400 x 600 mm height in trapezoidal shape with pan shape engraving bouder at bottom of signage all round.the top width of the signage shall be 50 mm and front face the vertical face shall be 80 mm height from the ground level,including engraving the writing matter and filling the mater with black ink complete as per direction of engineer in charge
