The job includes necessary connection of starter, motor etc. and installation of pumpset in proper position with accurate alignment including testing and commissioning at site at full load condition with all works complete as directed .
Fitting, fixing and laying of G.I. Pipes with Accessories: Laying, fitting, fixing and connection of suction pipe line for each pump set with 150mm dia. G.I. pipes of different length, fabricated G.I. pipes with different length, fabricated bends, tapper including foot valve for suction side. Reflex valve, sluice valve for delivery side of each pump set with 125mm dia. G.I. pipes with different length, bends, fabricated G.I. pipes with different length as per drawing. The joints should be with the best quality pipe joining sets of required size comprises of 60mm thick black moulded rubber gasket, necessary nuts, bolts and washer. Every joint should be leak proof and should be completed in all respect from foot valve to the pump flange for suction side and from delivery flange is the water flow through at proper F.S.L for the delivery side. The pipes lines with accessories must be proper painting.
Providing, fitting , fixing and erection of pipe supports for each pipeline at on interval of 3.00 Mtr. (approx) made of M.S. channel (ISMC 75) 1.50 Mtr. height with angle bracing erected on CC block of size 0.45mX0.30mX0.60m below ground.
Starter Stand: Supply & Installation of MS Starter Stand made of MS Angle of size 50mmx50mmx5mm including of providence C.C Block Foundation for installation of starter stand along with the required cement concrete works etc. The work includes painting of the starter stand with 1(one) coat of red oxide metal primer to be followed by 2(Two) coats of anticorrosive smoke grey paint to be applied after air drying of each previous coat.

Jungle cutting including cutting of branches of trees and reclining Bamboos along alignment of the overhead line providing clearance 1.5M either side and above the line as directed. Clearance must be ensured at the time of charging the line
SUPPLYING AND ERECTION OF PSC POLE Supplying & Erection of PSC Pole conforming to IS 1678 of Standard Dimension, and of following lengths for overhead Electric Lines including digging of Earth Pit (0.75m × 0.5m) to a depth ⅕th of the Pole Length with a PCC Base Plate of size 60 cm × 60 cm × 12 cm at the bottom, refilling as specified with hard ramming. Item No. 2 : Earthwork in filling in all soils in canal embankment and bed filling as per design section and grade by cart carriage for a minimum distance of 1 km including paying compensation of earth obtained from private land if any loading, unloading, spreading the same in embankment in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick including clearing light jungle, removing trees upto 15 cm dia and uprooting roots and stumps etc. from the seat of the breaking clods not more than 10 mm cube, ramming, dressing and roughening the seat of the embankment, profiling etc. with all lift complete as directed (Payment will be made after deduction of 12.50% shrinkage allowance from the gross quantity).
Item No. 3 : Construction of whole Bamboo single pallasiding with matured bholuka bamboo post 7.5 cm to 10 cm dia 5 cm apart 1.5 m to 1.8 m above ground and 1.00 m to 1.2 m below ground with jati bamboo struts placed 1.2 m to 1.5 m apart tied with Galvanised wire with 16 G to 18 G complete with 3 rows of horizontal half jati bamboo kamies complete as directed.
