Cleaning of blocked WC,Gully traps,nahni trap,floor trap including and up to first manhole with manual labour as well flushing with water making the WC seat operational, including depositing sludge in borrow pits including digging of pits. Covering with excavated earth at a suitable depth all as specified and directed by Engr-in - charge. Note:- From Item No 1 to 5. (1). The contractor shall keep the sewage line functional throughout the contract period. The unit rate quoted by the contractor shall deemed to be inclusive this aspect. (2) The contractor or his authorized representative shall attend the office on every working day to take complaints from AGE/JE (Maint) and will rectify the same with the completion on same day with in 08 official working Hrs from the receipt of complaint. If the contractor will not rectify the complaint in same day , the recovery of Rs 200.00 per complaint per day will be levied . 3. The contractor shall provide 02 Nos Safaiwala to AGE B/R-II from 0900 Hrs to 1700 Hrs even on sundays and holidays to attend emergency complaints. No extra payment shall be admitted for working on Sunday/Holidays.

Cleaning/ clearing of sewage line (including manholes) 150 mm to 300 mm main line from 1st manhole onwards bore of any description, underground at any depth, removing any type of blockage including , Desludging descaling & decoking of drain as well as manholes with combined high pressure water jetting cum suction (vacuum) type machine mounted on LCV/HCV and having facilities of high pressure vacuum and provn of hydraulic through high pressure thermo plastic fiber based water jetting hose and conical round shape nozzle pipe and flushing after cleaning including removing the same in the tank to a place outside cantonment at the place meant for the local municipality, all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- The contractor shall keep the sewage line functional throughout the contract period. The unit rate quoted by the contractor shall deemed to be inclusive this aspect.

Description all as per srl item No 2 here in before but cleaning done by manual labour of bore of pipe 150 mm to 300 mm from 1st manhole. Cleaning of septic tanks completely by emptying liquid, including cleaning of inlets, outlets and getting out using suction pumps and filling the liquid into the covered tanks attached to section pump and removing and disposing the same at a place meant for disposal of foul meterial out side the cantonment area all as directed. Note:- Cubic content of filled up portion of septic tank i.e liquid only shall be measured complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing CI oval door access for 100 mm bore pipe fitting including necessary drilling, nut & bolt and provision of rubber washers to make the joint water tight, fixed in repair up to 4th floor complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing CI oval door access for 75 mm bore pipe fitting including necessary drilling, nut & bolt and provision of rubber washers to make the joint water tight, fixed in repair up to 4th floor complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes 150/200 mm (Salt glazed ware, AC or Reinforced concrete) set in cement mortar complete all as specified.

Excavating in trenches in any type of soil n. exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/Hard soil complete, all as specified.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick complete, all as specified.

Removing excavated material not exc. 50 m and depositing ,spreading and leveling where directed by Engr-in-charge.

Plain cement concrete ( 1:3:6) type C-2 ( using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in bed to drain pipes 150mm bore including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested. Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge

Cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains, making good to pipe ( Internal dia 150 to 200mm ) and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-l smooth finished, and reforming benching as required.

Taking down cement plaster of any decription on brick work including racking out jointing hacking for key scrubbling down with water and removing all the demolished material outside cannt area.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces or concrete surface finished even and fair CM 1:4 without using extra cement including mixing of water proofing compound (WPC shall be measured and paid separately)

Supply only Water proofing compound liquid.

Material & labour for PCC Type B-1 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in coping & likes including formwork, weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Reinfored cement concrete of any description and in any position and removing the rubbish from the work site out side defence permises complete all as specified an as directed.

Reinforced Cement Concrete 1:2:4 type B-1, (Using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) Nominal mix as in slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and like complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge

M&L Providing precast cement concrete Type B1, 1:2:4 ( 20 mm graded aggregate) in landings, cover slabs (for man holes cover) similar articles with plain faces complete all as specified.

Supply and fix factory made 50mm thick steel filer reinforced concrete works (Heavy duty HD-20 grade designetion) conforming to IS : 12592 in M-30 grade cement concrete manhole cover and reinforcement as prescribed along with lifting hooks and mild steel flat all around as per manufacturer specification and BIS marked all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work;not exceeding 200mm thick (Horizontal or sloping) (for septic tank slab, soak well slab etc) complete all as specified and as directed.

Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified.

S&F in repair Wall Hung twin flush Cistern with Drainage L-Bend Pipe with Gasket & Installation Kit (Suitable for EWC), complete all as specified. Make:- Cera, Cat No- B1010109 or equivalent in Jaquar/ Hindware.

Rendering 15mm thck in CM 1:3 or Plain Cement Concrete as in sunken floors without extra cement on walls/floors and including mixing of water proofing compound (WPC shall be measured and paid separately) complete all as specified an as directed.

M&L applying a coat of bituminous primer conforming to IS-3384 on prepared surface of roof/ sunken slab after drying of primer apply APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyester non woven fabric (wt not less than 150 gms/sqm) laid on primed surface by forced torched application and finally apply a coat of hot blown 85/25 graded bitumen conforming to IS-702 @ 1.2kg /sqm of plaster surface. Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing and laying 80mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-30 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver block as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for factory made precast cement concrete 1:2:4 kerb stone/solid block for road edging type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed aggregate) and set in cement mortar 1:6 including two coat of cement base paint of blue & white colour over a coat of white wash on exposed surface including necessary excavation in soft/loose soil and removing the surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr where directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Rough cast plaster over and including 10 mm thick rending in CM 1:4 as base coat on external surfaces of brick work finished even and fair complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing factory made precast 40 mm thick cover for Gully trap and similar work, area of each exc 0.04 Sqm and not exceeding 0.20 sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on new steel surfaces of any description having width/girth exceeding 10 cm including preparation and rubbing with sand paper to make surface even and smooth complete all as specified.

Dismantling post or struts embedded (wood, steel or RCC) any section including taking out embedded portion and making good distrubed ground.

Material & labour for MS work as in MS angle iron post and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, angle iron horn & necessary cutting, welding and drilling etc complete etc all as specified and directed.

M&L two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer after preparation of new steel and iron surfaces of any descripltion, exc 10cm in width or girth complete all as specified and directed

Material & labour for MS work as in MS flat iron fillets etc for securing chain link fencing including angle iron horn & necessary cutting drilling etc complete to any type of posts screwed in position with nuts, bolts & washers, etc all as specified and shown on drgs.

Supply only chain link MS glavanised fencing of any size complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rail straining bolts, etc, including provision of binding wire.

Supply only MS 10mm dia round bars as line wire for chain link fencing complete all as shown on drg and as directed (Note:- fixing is covered under item No 82 here-in-before).

Supply only MS screw bolts (Machine made) length of bolt exc 5 cm but not exc 10 cm with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, dia of shank 12mm (Note:- fixing including under item No 82 above.

Taking down galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire of any size as directed. (each line wire to be measured).

Fixing only of galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails, straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc as directed. (each line wire to be measured).

S&F galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured)

Supply and fixing in repair Barbed razor type concertina coil of 1050 mm dia (when unstretched) fixed between the existing 'V' shaped angle post and barbed wire over secrity wall/PCC/ground as per requirement with coil of coverage 7.5 running meter per coil, weight of each coil 14.00 to 14.50 Kg hot dip galavanized and binding with and including MS annealed wire of 0.90mm including taking down old existing concertina coil of any size complete all as specified and directed.

Grubbing up vegetation, small trees. from roots , clean the loose dirt with water, and repair the same portion with CM :1:3, tuchup with same finish, area not exc 0.10 Sqm each adjacent to CI pipe upto 4th storey building with necessary scaffolding/ ladder , all as specified and directed .
