Excavation in soil (any type) using hydraulic excavator CK 90 excavation with hydaulic excavator of 0.9 cum bucket capacity including cutting, trimming bottom and side slopes,in accordance with requirements of lines grades and X-sections including all lifts and combined leads upto 30 mtr.item no 6.19

Dismantling cement concrete 1:3:6 coping on left and right side bank of Rajasthan Feeder including loading & unloading, carriage and disposal of dismantled material with all leads & lifts.

Dismantling existing tile lining on side slopes and bed of Rajasthan Feeder including loading, unloading, carriage and disposal of dismantled materials with all leads and lifts.

Silt clearance and debris of channels undressed and disposal of the same complete in all respect, as per instructions of the Engineer incharge including all leads & lifts, loading & unloading at proper place to be arranged by the agency/contractor himself.

Rehandling of earth work with average lead 15 mtr complete in all respect, as per instruction of the engineer incharge. The work maye be executed manually or by machinery.

Extra for dressing of earth work complete in all respect, as per drawings, design, specifications & the instructions of the Engineer in charge.

Extra for dressing of Dowel complete in all respect, as per drawings, design, specifications & the instructions of the Engineer in charge.

Extra for laying earth as per specifications for compaction in 200 mm layers & compacted to about 150 mm, watering, rolling and compaction to achieve maximum DBD of 98% at optimum moisture content including dressing complete in all respect, as per drawings, design, specifications & the instructions of the Engineer incharge.

Earth work for lip cutting for lining of irrigation channels inclusive of all allowances, lead and dressing complete in all respect, as per instruction of Engineer in charge .i)Depth 0 to 1.50 meters.

Supply and laying second layer of filter material with graded gravel 5 to 20 mm including loading, unloading and carriage of material from approved quarry, grading of material and compaction in bed, side slopes etc. complete in all respect as per drawings, design, specifications & the instructions of the Engineer incharge. Supply and laying of HDPE textured for Side slopes 750 Micron thickness as approved by Engineer incharge, pasting on both faces, including laying in position, anchorage, carriage to site, jointing/welding, spraying of cement slurry etc. complete in all respect, as per drawings, design, specifications and instructions of the Engineer incharge .

Supply and laying of HDPE Geo membrane for Bed 750 Micron thickness as approved by Engineer incharge, pasting on both faces, including laying in position, anchorage, carriage to site, jointing/welding, spraying of cement slurry etc. complete in all respect, as per drawings, design, specifications and instructions of the Engineer incharge .

Supply of PVC water stop 150 x 10 mm for use in construction joints, complete in all respects as per drawings, design, specifications and the instructions of the Engineer in charge.

Supply and fixing in bed PVC Pressure Relief valve in plate & socket type design having zero backwater leakages with housing pipe of nominal outer dia 160 mm (working presure 0.4 MPa), having length of 430 mm and strainer pipe of nomial dia 110mm (working presure 0.6 MPa), complete in all respect as per design, drawing & specifications & the instructions of the Engineer incharge.

Providing and laying in position design mix concrete M-15 grade using minimum cement content as specified in IS 456: 2000, manufactured in fully automatic batching plant and transported to site of work in transit mixer having continuous agitated mixer, manufactured as per mix design of specified grade and laying the same with mechanical concrete paver or by other means(wherever laying of concrete with paver is not possible) for cement concrete lining 150 mm thick including cost of admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS-9103 to accelerate/retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability including cost of cutting grooves and inserting PVC water stop seals (excluding cost of PVC seals), supply and application of primer for joints, supply, carriage, all leads and lifts, loading and unloading of all materials, curing, complete in all respect, as per drawings, design, specifications & the instructions of the Engineer incharge.In Bed & Curved Portion 0 to 2.0 mtr height.

Making drainage arrangements behind lining by excavating longitudinal side drains of trapezoidal section in the bed of channel and disposal of earth with all leads & lifts loading & unloading, dressing the bottom and sides of the drain, and the items given below complete in all respects as per drawings, design, specifications & the instructions of the Engineer incharge

Making dewatering arrangements inclusive of running, operation and maintenance of equipment to provide dry condition at working place for lining longitudinal or transverse drain etc & provision of digging and filling of drains for disposal of water as per the instructions of the Engineer incharge.
