The tenderer must have minimum average annual contractual turnover of V/N or 'V' whichever is less; whereV= Advertised value of the tender in crores of RupeesN= Number of years prescribed for completion of work for which bids have been invited.The average annual contractual turnover shall be calculated as an average of "total contractual payments" in the previous three financial years, as per the audited balance sheet. However, in case balance sheet of the previous year is yet to be prepared/ audited, the audited balance sheet of the fourth previous year shall be considered for calculating average annual contractual turnover.The tenderers shall submit requisite information as per Annexure-VIB, along with copies ofAudited Balance Sheets duly certified by the Chartered Accountant/ Certificate from Chartered Accountant duly supported by Audited Balance Sheet.

Work Experience: The tenderer must have successfully completed or substantially completed any one of the following categories of work(s) during last 07 (seven) years, ending last day of month previous to the one in which tender is invited:(i) Three similar works each costing not less than the amount equal to 30% of advertised value of the tender, or(ii) Two similar works each costing not less than the amount equal to 40% of advertised value of the tender, or(iii) One similar work costing not less than the amount equal to 60% of advertised value of the tender.

Defination of Similar Work :- Supply / Installation / Commissioning of Power Panel / Switch Board Cabinet used for End-on-Generation (EOG) coaches / Power cars by RDSO/RCF/ICF approved OEM. OR Electrical wiring / circuit modification work in End-on Generation (EOG) coaches / Power cars having 750V generation system of Indian Railways. OR Supply / Installation / Commissioning of Head-on Generation (HOG) system Hotel Load Converter for WAP-7 Locomotives (2x500kVA) by RDSO/CLW approved OEM. OR Supply / Installation / Commissioning of Head-on Generation (HOG) modification in EOG coaches/ Power Cars. OR Supply / Installation / Commissioning of capacitor banks in End-on Generation (EOG) coaches /Power cars having 750V generation system.

Copy of Partnership Deed and Power of Attorney for Partnership firm / Memorandum of Association, Articles of association, Board Resolution and Power of Attorney in case of Private Limited or Public Limited companies / Affidavit of Proprietorship in case of sole Proprietorship firm or any other as per type of firm.

Each page of copy of documents/certificates in support of credentials, duly self attested by the bidder of authorized representative, self-attestation shall include signature, stamp and date(on each page). Only these documents will be considered for evaluating bid which are duly self attested as above
