P/Laying of in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttring all work up to plinth level 1:5:10 ( 1 cement : 5 coarse sand: 10 crushed stone aggregates of 40 mm avg size) including all leads,lift and carriage complete.

P/Laying of in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttring all work up to plinth level 1:3:6 ( 1 cement : 3 coarse sand: 6 crushed stone aggregates of 20 mm avg size) including all leads,lift and carriage complete.

Grouting of stone pitching using M-10 nominal mix concrete (max. size of aggregates; 20mm nominal) @ 3.65 cum per 100 sq m on horizontal/side slopes; complete including curing including all leads,lift and carriage complete.

Cetering and shuttering including strutting propping etc and removal of form for foundation footings, bases of columns etc for mass concrete.

Structural steel work in single section, fixed with or without connecting plate, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete

12mm Cement plaster of mix 1 : 6 ( 1 cement : 6 fine sand) including all leads,lift and carriage complete.

Providing and laying Ceramic glazed floor tiles /floor tile 300x300 mm (thickness to be specified by the manufacturers) of 1st quality conforming to IS: 15622 of approved make, laid on 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1: 4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand) including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigment etc., complete.
