Construction of embankment with approved materials obtained from borrow pits with a lift 1.5m, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Tables 300-2 with a lead upto 1000 m as per technical specification clause 301.5

Construction of subgrade and earthen shoulders with approved materials obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of Table 300.2 (including cost of testing of materials at site and laboratory as directed by the deptt.) From Private land.

Construction of Granular Sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Technical Specification Clause 401. For Grading -II materials

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregate of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in unirorm thickness, hand packing, rolling with vibratory roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening/binding materials to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading III as per Technical Specification Clause 405. (iii) Grading III using screening Type-B (11.2 mm Agg)

Providing and laying Interlocking concrete Block pavement (ICBP) conforming to IS:15658-2006 including all lead and lift complete as per Technical specification and as directed 80 mm thick interloacking precast blocks having compressive strength of 40 N/sqm..

Providing and laying M40 grade cement concrete Edge block/Edge restraints complete as per Technical Specification clause 1504.

providing and erecting direction and place identification retro-reflectorized sign as per IRC:67 made encapsulated lens type reflective sheeting vide cl.801.3, fixed over aluminium sheeting, 2 mm thick with area exceeding 0.90 sqm fixed on an angle iron of 25X25X4 mm supported on mild steel angle iron post 75x75x6mm 2 nos. firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M-15 grade cement concrete 45cmX45cmx60 cm, 60 cm below ground level as per approved drawing and sign (All the steel work must be TATA/Sail/or any other approved brand) .

Painting Two coats on New concrete surfaces painting two coats after filling the surface with synthetic enamal paint in all shdes on new plastered/concrete surfaces as per drawing and technical specification clause 1701.

providing and erecting of retro-reflectorized cautionary, mandatory & informatory sign as per IRC:67 made of high intensity encapsulated lens type reflective sheeting vide cl.801.3, fixed over aluminium sheeting, 1.5 mm thick with area an angle iron of 25X25X4 mm supported on mild steel angle iron post 75x75x6mm firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M-15 grade cement concrete 45cmX45cmx60 cm, 60 cm below ground level as per approved drawing and sign (All the steel work must be TATA/Sail/or any other approved brand) .
