PILE FOUNDATION Boring Cast in situ DMC pile of 500mm dia to any depth through any type of soil/strata by DMC method using bentonite slurry including removal of bored materials outside MD land complete all specified and directed and shown in drawings. Note:- (i) The rate shall include mobilisation, erection, dismantling and demobilisation of equipment for pile boring including all labours and material. Nothing extra shall be payable for mobilisation of equipment separately. (ii) This item will be executed as per location marked in drg.

Boring Cast in situ DMC pile of 600mm dia to any depth through any type of soil/strata by DMC method using bentonite slurry including removal of bored materials outside MD land complete all specified and directed and shown in drawings. Reinforced cement concrete of grade RMC M-30 design mix as per IS – 456 with using 20mm graded stone aggregate in cast in situ bored pile of any length/any sections complete all as specified and as shown on drg as in bored pile including non destructive integrity test on all pile as per IS-14893,2001 part-IV. (Note: The unit rate quoted under this item is deemed to be inclusive of charges for non destructive integrity test)

RCC grade RMC M30 design mix as per IS–456 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in pile caps , grade beams etc complete all as specified and shown on drg. Notes for Sl item Nos 16.01,16.02 & 16.03 :- Reinforcement shall be measured and paid for separately under relevant items of this Schedule.

Providing TMT bars (CRS/HCRM/CRM) in reinforcement 10mm dia and over for bored piles of any length and any dia all as shown on drgs including cut to length, bend to required shape, cranking/hooking ends if necessary and binding with 0.9mm dia MS wire annealed or welding so as to secure the bar firmly in position/required shape complete all as specified and shown on drgs.

All as per item No 16.05 here-in-before but for pile caps complete all as specified and directed.

Providing TMT bars (CRS/HCRM/CRM) in reinforcement 5 mm dia end over up to and including 10mm dia conforming to IS-1786 as in Helical/stirrups for piles cut to length, bent to shape required, and binding with 0.9mm dia MS annealed wire or welding complete all as specified, directed and as shown in drawings.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate for concrete layer below pile caps and foundation complete all as specfified and as shown in drawing.

Formwork to sides of concrete foundation, pile caps , grade beams etc rough finished surface of concrete flat. All as specified and as directed.

Excavating over areas, n exc1.5 m deep and getting out for In Soft/loose soil for pile cap.

Excavating over areas, exc 1.5 m deep and getting out in soil for foundation in soft/loose soil for pile cap beam.

Returning/filling in layers and ramming in layers around pile cap,plinth beam etc using excavated soil incl sprading,levelling,well ramming in layers not less than 25cm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material exc 1.5Km n.exc 5Km and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above starting point.

DG SET: Supply and installation, test and commissioning of acoustic proof AMF Panel type diesel engine driven generating set fully wired 415 Volts +5% AC three phase 4 wire 50Hz having capacity 100 KVA continuous rating, Power factor 0.8 (lagging) 415 Volts , 3phase, 4 wire 50 cycles per seconds diesel engine meet stringent exhaust emission tests as per MOEF norms without sacrificing fuel efficiency at normal operating loads directly coupled complete with self- starting system including all accessories , equipment, control panel etc as under as per BS/B 5514/10002, with fuel tank, battery & standard accessories, tools and spares as provided by manufacturer with the following accessories all as specified and as directed:

(a) Diesel Engine : Diesel Engine shall be water cooled and electric start suitable to drive above alternator independently, coupled directly through flexible coupling, six cylinder four stroke, cold starting , 1500 RPM industrial type asm per BS-5514 or IS- 3046 with electronic governor for A-1 governing suitable to regulate speed of DG Set from no load to full load complete with fuel tank of a capacity as per manufacturers recommendations. Fuel lines, stainless steel exhaust flexible coupling and residential silencer mufflers etc shall be provided for continuous operation and standard accessories, sump pre- heaters, turbo charger, lubricating oil pump ( Gear type), lubricating oil cooler, starter, 24 DC, corrosion resistant, scale inhibitor, lubricating oil filters (mounted), fuel filter (mounted), Air cleaner heavy duty dry type with restriction indicator, flywheel housing and flywheel to suit single bearing alternator, Fuel injection pump, Radiator fan (Blower type) with Guard and water pump engine mounted etc. The make shall be CUMMINS/ KIRLOSKJER/ ASHOK LEYLAND/ GREAVES COTTON LTD. (c) Generator Set Controller :Microprocessor based gen set controller shall be provided for metering , monitoring, protecting and electronic governing of the engine with LED display for engine water temperature, lubrication oil pressure, Engine protection for low lube oil pressure, high coolant temperature (alarm and shutdown). The system shall include Alternator protection parameters like under voltage, over voltage, over frequency, over current, under frequency (alarm and shutdown), F Relay drivers for remote annunciations, Cyclic cranking, Auto/ manual start, sop, Remote monitoring capability through separate interface modules, engine RPM, engine shutdown display, total hours run and suitable for protection against high water temperature, low lubrication oil pressure, over speed and battery charger failure. (d) Control Panel :The Control panel IP 53 non metallic enclosure with aluminium bus bar, bottom entry and exit of cable, current transformer, set of control fuses, multifunctional meter, indicating lamps for "DGH On" and "Load On" with LED display suitable to display time and date, volts, frequency, current, KW,KWH,PF, RPM and having RS 485 communication port complete with appropriate CTs and control wiring. Factory made floor mounted, totally enclosed, epoxy powder coated suitable for 100KVA DG Set including all necessary operating controlled devices as stated above and MCCBs as out going with protection MCB for panel instruments duly wired within flexible copper conductor cable sand cable connection with lugs/ thimbles complete as per latest IS/BS and all as specified and directed.

NOTES: (i) Material such as diesel ,oil, water load for testing, instrument required and labour engaged for testing the DG Set for the entire satisfaction of testing officers shall be deemed to be included in the above quoted rate. (ii) Testing of DG Set shall be carried out in presence of authorised representative of manufacturer alongwith Engineer in Charge, Testing Officer nominated by competent authority. The DG set to be installed with RECD ( Retrofit Emission Control Device) as per latest CPCB Norms suitable for DG set of capacity 100KVA complete all as directed.

Supply and fix ON-Load change over switch 415 Volt in sheet metal enclosure 4 pole of capacity 160 Amp complete all as specified and directed.

EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY: M & L Valve chamber of internal size 0.90 X 0.90 X 0.90 mtr (internal dimensions) including excavation of earth work in any type of soil, 150mm thick PCC in 1:4:8 type D2 foundation, brick work in CM 1:6, 15 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 to both internal and external surfaces upto 150mm depth below GL, PCC 1:3:6 type C1 as in coping, cover with two Nos of hinges and one No. handle made out of MS round bar 10 mm dia with necessary locking arrangement including painting to the steel surfaces with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as shown on drg and as specified.
