REPAIRS REPLACEMENT OF SPARE PARTS AND PERIODICAL MAINTENANCE OF 3 x 21 TR CENTRAL AC PLANT AT INHS NIVARINI AND 2 x 45 CENTRAL AC PLANT AT APSARA AT INS CHILKA

M & L for descaling of the condensers tubes and other tubes of 2 x 45 TR capacity Central AC Plant capacity by suitable chemical reagent (HCL & others as approved) by pressure feed method by pump after disconnecting condenser water lines, and opening the end covers of both side, disconnecting electrical supply, brushing with suitable size of wire brush removing the scales and maintaining proper internal diameter and refixing all dismantled parts including replacement of 3mm thick rubber gasket set as per existing pattern complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- (i) Supply only spare parts shall be measured and paid separately under relevant Item. (ii) Cost of fixing of spare parts,lubricants,T&P and minor spares,bolts,nuts,etc shall deemed to be included the unit rate quoted.

M&L for pumping down the gas of the Central AC plant of various capacities pressure testing the complete plant by dry nitrogen gas by separating high side and low side, rectifying and sealing the the leakage by gas welding/ brazing pressure, completely vaccuming the system and re-charging the system with R-133a or R-407 gas or as mentioned in the AC plant system, testing and commissioning complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Gas will be measured and paid separately under relevant Item.

S&F in replacement of 11 Ton Voltas HVAC compressor scroll type, Model No SZ185S4RC, 415V,50 Hz, for R-407C, R-134a, R-507 gas , sealed compressor for central AC plant capacity 3x21 TR at INHS Nivarini hermetically sealed type with overload protector as per existing sample complete all as directed by Eng-in-charege.

Supply only pressure gauge of HP/LP/OP of size 4" dia of rating 0-16 Kg/sqcm or 0 - 300 PSI (lb/sq inches) complete all as specified and directed. Make :- Feibig / H-Guru

Supply only temperature guage size 4 inch dia of rating 0 to 50 degrees complete all as specified and directed. Make:- Allied/ Altod/ Fiebig / Heibig / Scientific

Supply only water pressure cut out valve 1 PS - 70 complete all as specified and directed. Make :- Danfoss / Indfoss

M&L for dismantling Monoblock pump set 7.5 HP capacity (any make) removing scales cleaning, heating varnishing of motor winding , servicing the pump sets by repalcing the worn out bushes, bearings, gland rope, gland bolts & nuts, painting etc reassembling the complete pump set including testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No.12 but capacity of Monoblock pump set 1.5/ 5 HP complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and filling refrigerant gas R 407 or as per exisiting Refrigerant of the AC plant at various installation complete all as specified and directed. Make :- FLORN / REFRON / MAFRON. Note :- The gas is to be supplied in sealed cylinder. Empty cylinder will be returned to contractor after consumption of Gas

Supply and filling of compressor oil suitable for DANFOSS Make COMMERICAL to the compressor at various installation after draining the old compressor oil complete all as specified and directed Make : Note :-The compresssor oil to be supplied in sealed cane. Empty cane will be returned to contractor after consumption of Oil.

M&L for repairing fan motor of capacity 1.1 X 2 KW after disconnecting and removing it from its position and getting it repaired by copper winding the motor with copper wires of existing guage and re-fixing the same and re-connecting all the electrical wiring ,testing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only 63 mm dia gun metal gate valve ,ISI marked with iron wheel head screwed both ends for iron pipe complete all as specified and directed. Make :- Zoloto/ Flowwell / Indco/ Inter valve.

Supply only thermostatic expansion valve of existing make and model MWE -34 -CP 100 complete all as specified and directed. Make:- Danfoss/Honeywell/ Sporlan
