Earthwork in excavation for roadway as per drawing and technical specification, in all types of strata comprising any of the material such as soil, silt sand, silt sand, clay, gravel, murrum of all varieties shingles, pebbles all types of conglomerates, laterite rock etc soft rock, ordinary rock or disintegrated rock fissured shattered/ decomposed rock or weathered rock all such material as described under appendix to those specification either in full or in parts as the case may be adopting mechanical means (hydraulic excavator) or any approved method or methods as the case may be convenient or permitted inclusive of chiseling and wedging etc in all conditions such as dry, moist, saturated, submerged, foul condition etc including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious matter, dressing sides, ramming of bottoms, getting out the excavated soil/rock to be leveled and neatly dressed, pumping and bailing out of water, back filling the excavated earth to the extent required and utilizing the remaining earth locally for road work, barricading, danger lightening, guarding and disposal of excavated earth as directed by the engineer in charge all complete including all leads and lifts and up to depth of excavation as per MoRT&H Specification 301.

Supplying of granitic or basaltic stone soling of size 15-20 cm and Murrum having P.I. Value not more than 6 and laying including packing with smaller stones and consolidation with power roller including spreading waters and consolidation of binding material etc. complete.(Measurements shall be considered on finished item.and and layer of WBM of 50/75mm thick shall be taken seperately over this sub-base to obtain smooth surface, as per the directives of Engineer in-charge).

Rubble packing with hard laterite stone under floors including watering ramming and consolidating etc. in pipeline trenches and other foundations complete.

Providing & laying of minimun 100mm thick factory made Shot blasted cement concrete Interlocking paver blocks of minimum M50 grade made by heavy duty block making machine with strong vibratory compaction and of approved size and design/ shape laid in 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with fine sand etc. all completed as per the direction of Engineer-incharge. The product should comply with IS 15658: 2006 and manufactured by ISO 9001: 2008 certified plant. Providing and laying bituminous macadam with 40-60 TPH hot mix plant producing an average output of 50 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder to the specified percentage of total mix , transported to site, with all leads laid over a previously prepared surface with sensor paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled with smoth wheeled roller and vibratory roller to achieve the desired compaction,using antistripping agent complete as per MoRT&H Specifications Clause 504 Grade-II (19mm nominal size)@3.3% of Bitumen-mix a) Antistripping agent @ 0.5% of bitumen content

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen grade of 80/100 or bitumen emulsion using pressure distributor on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom as per MoRT&H specifications clause 503. Bitumen emulsion @ 0.20 kg/sq.m
