(a) M/L for maintenance and servicing of DG Set complete including draining out of diesel from tank cleaning the tank thoroughly and refilling the drained out diesel, drain out engine oil from the sump, flushing the sump thoroughly and replacing the fuel filter elements 2 nos, super bypass filter element 1 No, oil filter element 2 Nos and filling the starting batteries electrolyte to be maintain the required specific gravity, applying the petroleum jelly in battery terminal poles and charging, replacing the diesel tank level tube, cleaning the entire DG set with accessories as prescribed by the manufacture, checking of voltage, frequency, Amps, fuel, oil water level and exhaust leakage etc. Tightening all the bolts & nuts to the required torque etc and testing as directed by Engineer in Charge and recording the test result complete for 15 KVA DG set (Make –Kirloskar) installed at 56 ASC Sup Coy. (b) Repair and maintenance of AMF & without AMF panel of following capacities of DG Sets including routing/preventive maintenance checks for trouble free functioning as reqd. (c) M&L servicing of Self Starter assy by disconnecting from engine and dismantling the same cleaning all accessories replace the wornout parts like:- brushes, bushes, contact plates, jumping leads and seals, revarnishing the field coil armature and reassembling the same, refitting the engine and testing all as directed for. (d) M/L moulded PVC body low maintenance Lead acid battery 12 volt 130 AH Make :- Exide (e) Opening the coupling, dismantling the alternator carefully removing the flywheel dismantling the unserviceable starting gear wheel, supply and fixing new staring gear wheel, fixing back the alternator and properly coupled back all as directed for 15 KVA. (f) Dismantling of FIP pump from 15 KVA DG set safely completely servicing of FIP pump authorized OEM and replacement of wornout parts like nut bolt washers, nozzles, brass washers and computerized setting and testing of pump fixing after servicing work and installation and testing on idle running and full load all as specified and directed. (g) Overhauling of radiator assy of DG set 15KVA by disconnecting and removing from engine, dismantling the top & bottom chambers, descalling the sediment s and scales corrosion etc by means of acid cleaning and high pressure water washing, air cleaning, re assembling the same with new gaskets, including arresting leakage, if any and fixing to the engine with new hoses, clips as reqd.
