Taking down existing defective LT cable of any description and any type complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 95 sq mm 3.5 core.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 120 sq mm 3.5 core.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 185 sq mm 3.5 core.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 240 sq mm 3.5 core.

Boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology using ultra sounding technique and necessary machine including HDPE pipe of 150 mm dia suitable for 0.4 mpa working pressure.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 70 sq mm 3.5 core.

Supply and Fix GI tubing 'Light' grade for cable protection fixed in poles/walls/laid under roads/crossing etc for following sizes and all as specified.

Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.5m wide and not exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in hard/dense soil for laying of cable trenches all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layer not exc 25cm all as specified.

Removal of surplus soil (excavated soil) to distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5m above the starting point and all specified.

Supply and spread dry clean river sand in trenches for cable cushioning all as directed and specified.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrets cable cover class LV Type 1 flat size 250x150x40 MM

M&L cement concrete type C - 2, 1:3:6 using 40mm grade aggregate in mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Supply installation, testing and commissioning of maintenance free earthing system. The earthing set shall comprise of :- (a) 1 No of copper bonded rod of diameter 17.2 mm and length of 10 feet UL approved with 25 KA current discharge test from CPRI. The material shall below carbon high tensile copper bonded rods with 99.9 % of copper on the surface. The UL approval certificate shall be provided. (b) The electrode shall be installed in a 100mm dia 3000mm deep augured bore hole. The augured bore hole shall be filled with highly conductive and eco friendly ground enhancing compound as per IEC 62561-7 shall be not less than 30kg per pit. (c) 1 No. of copper busbar of size 25 x 6 x 150 mm should be exothermic welded with copper bonded rod 17.2 mm dia x 10 feet length. (d) 1 No. of PVC Pit cover for covering of earthing. (e) Exothermic connection of 25x6x150 mm busbar to 35 sqmm copper cable. (f) 35 sq mm PVC insulated copper cable for interconnection of earthing and equipment. Quoted rate shall deemd to include the cost of copper cable 35 Sqmm upto 7.5m with 15mm light grade GI protection pipe.

S&F in repair Single pointed air termination aluminium rod 12 mm dia 300 mm long.

S&F in repair aluminium strip 25 x 3 complete with saddles and fixing screwes for roof conductors down conductors .

M & L for providing earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60 x 60 cm x 6.0mm thick buried directly in ground(Earth pit not less than 2.25 meters deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 meters below normal ground level, connected to and including galvanised earth strip 32 X 6 mm size up to 7.5 meter long by means of bolts, nuts check nuts and washers of all galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No.3 of SSR Part-1 and connected to test point including necessary excavation/ earth work in any type of soil/rock strata, funnel with wire mesh and watering pipe(GI,light grade) 20mm dia,PCC pit with 50mm thick PCC cover etc. including testing on completing but excluding GI protection pipe for earthing lead all as directed at sire by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repair porcelin insulator 15 BMD type with nut bolts and screws for fixing copper strips on wall etc all as directed.

S&F in repair test terminal block made out of gun metal or phosphrous bronze size 150x 150 x 75 mm depth cutting upper and lower portion for incomming & out going including double insulators two coat of synthetic enamel paint complete as directed.

PCC 1:2:4 type BI using 20 mm graded stone aggregrate as in foundation.
