Electrical and RAC renovation of one room in the back side of erstwhile MST building to prepare the room for installation of Drone Simulator based on X-Y stage on Air Bearing at Human Centered Robotics and Cybernetics Lab, CSIR-CMERI, Durgapur.

ELECTRICAL - PART

Wiring for light point/ fan point/ exhaust fan point/ call bell point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface / recessed medium class PVC conduit, with modular switch, modular plate, suitable GI box and earthing the point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable etc. as required : Group C

Supplying and fixing suitable size GI box with modular plate and cover in front on surface or in recess, including providing and fixing 6 pin 5/6 A & 15/16 A modular socket outlet and 15/16 A modular switch, connections etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing DP sheet steel enclosure on surface/ recess along with 25/32 A 240 V "C" curve DP MCB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Wiring for circuit / sub main wiring alongwith earthwire with the following sizes of FRLS PVC insulated, copper conductor, single core cable in surface / recessed medium class PVC conduit as required.

Supply and fixing of 400 mm sweep, 230 Volt, white Aerodynamic blade and Hi-torque motor gives hi-air thrust wall mounted fan with Oscillation and speed control by pull cord system, connection, testing and commissioning etc. as required. (Wall 44 White of Orient or equivalent.)

Supply and Fixing of Recessed mounting LED 2x2 white comprehensive CleanRoom light fittings complete with option for top opening including all accessories for fixing in false ceiling with connection alongwith 3x1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core wire, testing, commissioning as required. (CR652B LED36S-6500 PSU CA TO W60L60 WH of Philips or equivalent.)

Supply and Fixing of Recessed mounting LED round white downlighter complete including all accessories for fixing recessed mounting in ceiling with cutting of ceiling, connection alongwith 3x1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core wire, testing, commissioning as required. (DN295B LED10S-6500 PSU WH of Philips or equivalent.)

RAC-PART

Dismantling, shifting, and installation of Split A.C unit both indoor & out door units from the existing location to new location as specified by the concern engineer.The work includes shifting, lifting at irrespective places, civil works etc. Complete in all respect and make it functional.

If necessary Supplying and fixing of copper pipe for suction & discharge lines with proper insulation and finishing as per technical requriment.Complete in all respect and make it functional.

If necessary Supplying and laying 3 core 2.5 sqmm eletrical cable as per technical requriment.Complete in all respect and make it functional.

If necessary supply & re-filling R-22 refrigerant gas of Split A.C units and finally leak tested . Complete in all respect.

If necessary supply & fixing of braided pipe with necessary joints for draining out condense water from the indoor unit to out side room Complete in all respect .

If necessary supplying and fixing split AC out door mounting brackets as per technical requriment. Complete in all respect.
