M&L for finding out the leakage the pressure test of the condenser of cooling coil of window type AC/split type AC of 1.5 ton and dismantling the same for repair the leakage point by brazing/ soldering including charging the gas R-22 ,R-32, R-410 and testing the AC complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for scraping and removing old paint of desert cooler body (steel surfaces) and preparation of steel surfaces including necessary denting, cutting, welding etc for spray painting with approved smoke gray synthetic enameled paint (Ist quality) over a coat of Zinc chromate primer on outer surface and inner surface i.e. Water tank and body fan mounting blades shall be painted with a coat of anticorrosive black paint over a coat of Zinc chromate primer complete for desert cooler of any size and capacity complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of Retro reflective sign board of size 900 mm X 1200 mm made of ACP sheet of 3 mm thick. ACP Sheet will be fixed on MS frame of with legs of MS angle section 35 mm X 35 mm X 4 mm on PCC 1:3:6 type 750 mm above he ground level and 2.10 m below the ground level. The background of board to be provided with blue colour, letters and border with white retro reflective tape. Same description will be mentioned on both side of ACP Sheet.The size of letters and description will be board will be complete fixing/grouting with nut/bolts/Anchor fastener with washers complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

ACP Sheet will be fixed on wall , The background of board to be provided with blue colour, letters and border with white retro reflective tape.
