WorkStation Partitions : Providing and fixing Glazed Wooden Partition Wall of height 1.25m for WorkStations with 75mm overall thickness including frame work made of special section power pressed/roll from G.I. sheet with wooden reinforcement and finishing with not less than 12mm thick Ply Board Laminated with 1 mm decorative high pressure laminate on both sides and 12 mm Toughned Glass in combination to give a designer look as per technical specification and direction of engineer in complete in all respect as per Drawing and Design.

W.C.Partitions : Providing and fixing custom made W.C. Cubical Partition Wall of over all height 2.60m in Wash Rooms made of 25mm PlyBoard, of approved make, including IInd class teak wood lipping of 25 mm wide x 12 mm and finishing both sides with 1mm thick decorative high pressure laminated of approved shade, colour, design, complete with door of adequate size fixed with bright finished stainless steel autoclosing spring hinges, tower bolts etc complete as per technical specifications and design & direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Window Trim : Providing and fixing interior window trim all around window edges of width 75x75 mm using 12mm thick Plyboard, laminationed with 1mm thick decorative high pressure laminate complete in all respect as per the technical specifications and design & direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Partition Skirting : Providing & fixing in position Phenol bonded Bamboo wood in wall skirting with planks of sizes 14mm thick, 1900mm length (minimum) and 85mm wide(minimum), in approved colour, texture and finish, all complete as per technical specification and design & direction of Engineer in-charge.

Partition Cornice : Providing and fixing wooden moulded corner beading of 2nd class teak wood, triangular shape (50mmx50mm base) to the junction of Glazed Wooden partitions and false ceiling all complete as per technical specification and design & direction of Engineer in-charge.

Glass Doors : Providing and Fixing Frameless Glass Door 12 mm thick toughened glass of approved brand and manufacture, including providing and fixing top & bottom pivot & spring type fixing arrangement with Wooden Chaukhat, brushed stainless steel tubular handle bar with inbuilt locking facility and all accessories complete as per technical specification and design & direction of Engineer in-charge.

Glazed Wooden Doors with Frame : Providing and fixing 30mm thick ISI marked flush door shutters non-decorative type, core of block board construction, Partly glazed with 8mm thick frosted float Glass Pane, Stainless Steel butt hinges, Zinc Alloy Handle with Concealed Mortice Lock Set and Door Closer, Kicking Plates etc. of required size with necessary screws, fixed in wooden frames (Chaukhat) of Superior class teakwood, fixed in position with hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners of required dia & length complete as per technical specifications and design & direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

CIVIL AND ALLIED WORKS

Providing and laying water proofing treatment to vertical and horizontal surfaces in raised floors of W.C., Pantry and the like as per as per technical specifications and design & direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Filling with available fly ash minimum compacted thickness 30cm or as decided by Engineer-in-charge, including compacting each layer by rolling/ramming and watering, in raised floors of W.C., Pantry and the like as per as per technical specifications and design & direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Half brick masonry with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in outer walls of W.C., Pantry and the like with Cement mortar 1:4, including finishing with 12mm Cement Plaster (IN COURSE SAND) 12 mm cement plaster of mix : 1:4 as per technical specifications and design & direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing, hoisting and fixing precast reinforced cement concrete in small lintels and washbasin counters, including the cost of required centering, shuttering, Steel reinforcement for RCC work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete with 1:1.5:3 concrete mix as per technical specifications and design & direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles of approved make, colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4, jointing with cement slurry including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete as per technical specifications and design & direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying Vitrified tiles on walls of approved brand & manufacturer, colours and shade, laid with cement based high polymer modified quick set tile adhesive (water based) conforming in average 6 mm thickness, including grouting of joints etc., complete as per technical specifications and design & direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing 18 mm thick gang saw cut, mirror polished, premoulded and prepolished, machine cut Granite Slab of approved shade, colour and texture for washbasin counters, of required size, laid over 20 mm thick base cement mortar 1:4, providing opening of required size & shape for wash basin/ kitchen sink in kitchen platform, necessary holes for pillar taps etc. finishing joints and edges to give high gloss finish complete as per drawing and technical specifications and to the satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

SANITARY & C.P. FITTINGS

Providing and fixing Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes, having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply, including all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings, i/c fixing the pipe with clamps at 1.00 m spacing. This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement and the cost of cutting chases and making good the same including testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge.

Providing and fixing Under Counter Basin with Accessories Set, Size: 610 x 415 x 160mm with Pillar Cock Auto Closing System of approved quality and make, including Click Clack Waste 32mm Size Full Thread With 80mm with Bottle Trap (with Internal Partition) 32mm Size along with necesssary connection pipes and painting of fittings and brackets, cutting and making good the walls wherever required complete as per drawing and technical specifications and to the satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing Stainless Steel kitchen sink with drain board for Pantry with sink spout, bottle trap and accessories complete as per technical specifications.

Providing and fixing all other C.P. Brass fittings / fixtures necessary to complete the Washrooms in all respect as per the technical specifications and directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

ELECTRICAL, LAN NETWORKING AND INTERCOM

Earthing with copper earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 3 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required as per the technical specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing, Laying & Fixing complete electrical wiring and Cables & fixtures including design of Electrical Circuit, Distributon Panel/Board and Modular Switches, Sockets, LED Lighting, Wall Fans, Exhausts etc. as per the requirement complete in all respect and as per the technical specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing, Laying & Fixing complete LAN Network and WiFi facility including design of Distributon Network and Switches, Nodes, Repeaters, Racks etc. along with all necessary equipments and fixtures and connecting to the network backbone complete in all respect as per the technical specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing, Laying & Fixing complete Intercom Telephony in all units including design of Distributon Network, Racks, Nodes, Wall Mount Handsets, along with all necessary equipments and fixtures and connecting to the existing network complete in all respect as per the technical specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

AIR CONDITIONING

Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Air Conditioning System complete in all respect excluding cost of Indoor Units of VRV Type with Modular outdoor units, equipped with Highly Efficient Scroll, all Inverter multiple Compressors, special heat exchanger, Y- branch as required, auto check function for connection error, auto address setting, Refrigerant temperature control and capacity 2x20 HP all complete including as per technical specifications.

Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of Round Flow Cassette Type Indoor units equipped with, prefilter, fan section with suitable static fan, multispeed motor, coil section with DX coil, outer cabinet, drain pan, drain pump, & Occupancy sensor and Floor temperature sensor so as to automatically raise the temperature of room in case no occupancy in room for better energy efficiency, unit should include insulation, pipe connections, variable evaporative temperature control etc. of various capacities as per specifications and drawings. All indoor Units must have force shut adaptor to connect with fire alarm, so that the unit automatically stops in case of fire all complete including as per technical specifications.

FALSE CEILING

Designing & Fixing False Ceiling including fixing of frame work made of MS Sheets and galvanised zinc coating covered with 12.5 mm thick tapered edge gypsum moisture resistant board and teak wood finished 12mm plyboard edge to edge in combination to give a designer look including making openings for light fittings, grills, diffusers all complete as per drawings and technical specification. The work shall also include dismanteling/removal of old gypsum false ceiling with framework and clearing the site before the new installation.

REPAIR, REPLACEMENT AND PAINTING

Providing & fixing anodised Aluminium Glazed Window size (1.6mX1.6m) having aluminium frame work with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, dual sliding shutters and aluminium grill, handles and lock etc. in Brick wall including cutting and finishing the wall to required size and filling the gap etc. complete in all respect as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Replacing of damaged and Broken window panes with 5mm Float Glass as per technical specifications.

Removing & Replacing of damaged and Broken vetrified tiles of similar shade to match the existing tiles as per technical specifications.

Cleaning and Mirror polishing on existing Granite Floor to give high gloss finish including labour, T&P etc. complete in all respect as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Making good of damaged walls including removing loose sclae, blister from old painted surface, plastering and throughly smoothing the surface to make the same suitable for receiving fresh coat of paint as per the directions and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Melamine polishing on all exposed wood work including the wood work in false ceiling and teak wood lipping with Two or more coats all finished as per technical specifications and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Painting all internal brick wall old and new and gypsum fall ceiling with acrylic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade Two or more coats including preparation of base etc. complete as per technical specifications and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

RECEPTION & DÉCOR

Providing & Designing of Reception Area with Front Wall Cladding with Bamboo Tiles and Decorative Glowsign, Neon Lighting, Lettering with department Name & Logo as per technical specifications and design & direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Design and Decoration of Auditorium Wall all around the Corridor with either or in combination with Standard/Customised Wall Paper, CNC, Wooden Panels etc. including preparation of base and installation charges complete as per design, specification and directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and Installation of Glow Sign Board (9500x750) at Entrance with individual Cut Acrylic Letters and Logos with LED backlighting pin mounted with spacers to “float” each letter on wooden wall panels complete as per the specifications and to the satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and installation of fixed/moveable signages (375mmx100mm) at various locations made up of 1.2mm thick brushed stainless steel sheet duly etching painted letters (single side) complete as per design, specification and directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & Fixing 12mm Toughened Glass and ply board plank with teak wood finish in sections at the entrance with Automatic Sliding Door Operator complete as per technical specifications and design & direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & Fixing High Quality Manual Cordless Roller Blinds of Approved Color, Texture & Finish on all Windows as per as per design, specification and directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

FIRE ALARM SYSTEM

Supply, Installation,Testing & Commisioning of fire-alarm system points including fire alarm control panel, fire retardant conduits, fire resistance cables and boxes, with integral SMF lead acid batteries with sealed cells of 24 V capable of running for a minimum of 8 hours in normal condition and 30 minutes in alarm condition with integral battery charger complete as required and as per specifications and directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.
