Dismantling and removing the wooden partition and wooden false ceiling / Thermocole false ceiling including including all labour, tools, equipments, transport, fuel, etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Dismantling doors, windows and ventilators etc., (wood or steel) shutters including chowkhats, architraves, holdfasts and other attachments etc complete and stacking them within a lead of 100m including all labour, tools, equipments, transport, fuel, etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers

Providing Form work for Sides of soffits, beams, landings, cantilever ridges and lintels not exceeding 1 m in depth in all floors upto full height of the building and removal of the same for in situ RCC work etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and laying Reinforced Cement Concrete 1:1.5:3 (One part of cement, One and a half parts of Coarse sand & Three Parts of graded stone aggregate (i.e.) 2 parts of 20mm nominal size graded metal & 1part of 10mm nominal size graded metal) using 20mm nominal size graded metal for Spiral staircase including shoring, mixing, laying, levelling, consolidation, finishing,curing, lifting and fixing the precast slab in position etc., and excluding the cost of form work and reinforcement grills for all RCC works in all floors upto fullheight of the building etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Brick work in Cement Mortar 1:5 (One cement, five sand) using chamber burnt bricks for walls in all floors up to floor two level of the building including cost of all materials, labour, curing etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing Half Brick Masonry wall using chamber burnt bricks in Cement Mortar 1:3 (One cement, three sand) for partition walls etc., in Ground level including cost of all materials, labour, scaffolding, etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Plastering the Brick work 15 mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:5 (One cement, five sand) for all faces of walls (even and uneven) in all floors upto full height of the building including necessary scaffolding, racking of masonry joints, cleaning, curing etc.,complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and fixing of glazed Aluminium Partition with Aluminium frame section (manufactured to relevant IS Specification) for vertical and bottom of size 65 X 38 X 2 mm, horizontal section of size 100 X 45 X 2 mm including providing 5.5 mm thick glasssuperior quality at middle portion and Novapan of 8 mm thick at top and bottom with necessary accessories like snap on beading (clips), cleat angles, fully threaded 75mm long metal screws, wooden plugs & metal screws etc., including drilling holes in theconcrete / brick masonry etc., wherever required, all as directed at site of work including all materials, labour, tools, equipments, scaffolding, transport, fuel, etc., complete. Note: Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitered and jointed mechanically wherever required including using glazing clip, rubber beading for glazing and necessary screws, plugs etc.,complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying, fabricating, erecting and fixing plain Hilux or equivalent board False Ceiling of 10 mm thickness up to a ceiling height of 4.5m from floor level including cost of Hilux Board Plain Sheets 10mm thick, labour charges, accessories, conveyance and erection etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and laying approved colour and quality of Ceramic floor tiles 30 x 30 cm in Cement Mortar 1:3, 20 mm thick. The rate inclusive of cost of tiles, all materials, labour, white cement, conveyance etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and fixing CM 1:3, 6 mm thick of wall tiles over the existing wall up to 2.50 m height by chipping the wall surfaces wherever required and fixing with approved colour and quality of tiles including all materials, labour, equipments etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing in position wooden window of various size in all floor with kongu wooden panelled shutters including cost of hold fasts and applying one coat of wood primer of approved quality and including cost and fixing of first quality ISI standard furniture fittings with screws / bolt & nut, the rate shall include cost of wood, labour for wrought and putup, furniture fittings, primer etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers

Providing and fixing of Anodized Aluminium Door of various size (manufactured to relevant IS Specification) of 37.5 x 37.5mm Vertical and Door bottom rails using 67.5 x 37.5mm including providing 5.5 mm thick glass superior quality for top panel and with Novapan of 8 mm thick at bottom panel with necessary accessories like snap on beading (clips), cleat angles, fully threaded 75mm long metal screws, wooden plugs & metal screws etc., wherever required, all as directed at site of work including all materials, labour, tools, equipments, scaffolding, transport, fuel, etc., complete. Note: Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitered and jointed mechanically wherever required including using glazing clip, rubber beading for glazing and necessary screws, plugs etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Painting TWO coats with Plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and colour over New Wall surfaces including one coat of alkalin resistance primer of approved brand so as to give an even shade. Prior to applying the primer, the wall surfaces shall be thoroughly cleaned of all grease, dirt, loose pieces, scales and make the surface even by applying wall putty and make good of the surface with sand paper etc., The cost including preparing the surface, all materials, labour, brushes, scaffolding, etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing in position of best Indian make chinnaware water closet of European type (White) of double trap syphonic with fibre cover including all fittings and necessary lead pipe jointing the trap with C.I. pipe, the pipe connection being embedded below floor level in brick jelly concrete in lime mortar 1:2 including cost of fittings of low level flushing cistern with syphonic fitting tank of 12.5 litre capacity with inlet and over flow at bottom and connecting it with water supply pipe line and painting the pipe line with two coats of paint approved quality including all materials, labour etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing in position of best Indian make chinaware water closet of indian style (white color) of approved quality (make parryware/Hindware) and size 580mmx440mm with foot rests (Oriya type) with necessary 'P' or 'S' trap in brick jelly concrete in lime mortar 1:2 (one lime two sand) and plastering with CM 1:3 (one cement, three sand) finshing roughly to receive floor finish including all materials, labour etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing in position of chinnaware Wash Basin (White color) 550 mm x 400mm size with pedestal (parryware/Hindware) of approved quality with necessary fittings such as cast iron bracket, 1 no 15mm C.P heavy duty piller tap with pentagonal head, 32mm dia PVC waste water pipe and 15mm dia nylon connection, 1 No 15 mm dia G.M. wheel valve and fixing it with the wall with necessary plugs, clamps and screws, and giving water supply connection and painting the exposed pipe connection with two coats of paint of approved colour, including all labour, materials etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and fixing granite slabs (jet black) of 20mm thick (super fine polished with nosing edges) on the steps area of building, in between urinals and wherever required. The rate inclusive of cost of granite slab, chemical component, white cement, labour charges & conveyance etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing Rolling shutters with ISI make of approved size and section using 18 GI sheet with Gear Operated Type (from 8 sqm. to 12 sqm. Area), M.S.laths, interlocked together through their entire length and jointed together at the end by end locks, mounted on specially designed pipe shaft with brackets, side guides and arrangements for inside and outside locking with push and pull operation complete, including the cost of providing and fixing necessary 27.5 cm long wire springs manufactured from high tensile steel wire of adequate strength and M.S top cover to required thickness for rolling shtters. The shutter shall be painted with one coat of red oxide primer and the rate is inclusive of hood covers, transportation charges etc., including cost of all materials, labour charges and minor tools, all handling and transportation charges to work site etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers

Applying Two coats of Synthetic Enamel paint (excluding priming coat) on New wood and wood based surfaces interior to give an even shade including cleaning of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter, sand papering and including cost of Synthetic Enamel Paint and labour charges etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Applying TWO coat of Exterior (APEX) of approved quality over the existing wall surface in all floors to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface clean of all grease, dirt, loose pieces of scales and also including preparing the surface even and sand paperes smooth including all materials, labour, brushes, scaffolding, etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Removing the old paint from steel and other metal surfaces and making the surface even and Applying one coat of Red oxide primer of approved quality including preparing the surface by thoroughly cleaning oil, grease, dirt and other foreign matter and scoured with wire brushes, fine steel wool, scrapers and sand paper, cost of red oxide primer, brushes, etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Painting the steel surfaces with Two coats of Synthetic enamal paint of approved quality (excluding priming coat) on new steel and other metal surfaces with enamel paint, brushing, interior to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter including all materials, labour, brushes, etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and laying terrace lime concrete weathering course with grade brick aggregate 25 mm nominal size and 50% mortar comprising of 1 lime putty and 2 surkhi and curing including all materials, labour, etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Finishing the top of weathering course with one course of machine period tiles of size 23 cm X 23 cm X 2cm in Cement Mortar 1:3 (M. Sand (Crushed Stone Sand)) including all materials, labour, etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Chipping of concrete and roughening the surface including all labour, tools, equipments etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers.
