M&L for Prepration of old plastered/painted surfaces of walls, pillars cornices surfaces includinng scrapping down smoke ,soot,and efflorescence salts,treading oil and greasy spots, brooming down or steel wire brushing and applying one coat of white wash on walls complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Prepration of old surfaces of ceiling includinng scrapping down smoke ,soot,and efflorescence salts and treading oil and gresy spots, brooming down or steel wire brushing removing nails making good holes cracks etc on old plastered/painted surfaces and applying one coat of white wash on ceiling surface incl filling holes necessary where required with putty as in pathces or nail holes to obtain smooth finish using sand paper and matching the existing surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying one coat of oil bound distemper on walls, pillars cornices etc surface incl preparation of old plastered/painted surfaces by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss incl filling holes necessary where required with putty as in pathces or nail holes to obtain smooth finish using sand paper and matching the existing surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for subsequent coat of oil bound distemper oil (white /ivory / tinted or any colour ) over one coat applied under srl item No 3.00 above complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying one coat of cement base paint on walls, pillars cornices etc surface incl preparation of old plastered/painted surfaces by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss incl filling holes necessary where required with putty as in pathces or nail holes to obtain smooth finish using sand paper and matching the existing surface ccomplete all as specified and directed.

M&L for for applying one coat of Acrylic smooth exterior paint of required shade on old plastered/ painted surfaces of walls (one coats applied @ 1.67 Ltr/10 Sqm) including preparation of old surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint on wooden surface of any description over 10cm width or girth including preparation of old surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint on steel surface of any description over 10cm width or girth including preparation of old surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for wall care putty of 1mm thickness over plastered/Unplastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete all as specified and directed. Note: Entire spalashes in floor shall be cleaned immediately after completion of periodical services.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces even and fair (without using extra cement ) incl taking down cement plaster on walls scrubbing down with water and dispose off where directed by EIC incl WPC @ 200 ML per 50 kg cement bag or as as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and directed. Note: WPC will be measured and paid separatly under appropriate items.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:6) on brick or concrete surfaces and finishing the surfaces even and fair (without using extra cement) etc incl taking down plaster of walls scrubbing down the water and dispose off where directed by EIC, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 5 mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:3) on concrete surfaces on ceilling and finishing the surfaces even and fair (without using extra cement) etc incl taking down plaster of walls scrubbing down the water and dispose off where directed by EIC, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only water proofing compound complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surface of walls and applying two coat of oil bound distemper over a coat of chalk whitening over newly plastered surfaces of walls, pillars cornices etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying two caots of Acrylic smooth exterior paint of required shade in new surfaces of walls (Two coats applied @ 1.67 Ltr/10 Sqm each coat) over and including priming coat of exterior primer including preparation fo new plastered surfaces of walls complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying three coat of white wash on ceiling surfaces incl preparation of newly plastered ceiling surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for repairing of RCC projection, chajjas, facia,bands, shelves, beams, RCC railing, balcony and similar works by dismantling of loose/ disintegrated portion RCC at any height and in any sitution floor (including provn of support, with chicken wire mesh and dubbing/ filling with PCC (1:2:4), type B-0, using 12.5 mm graded aggregate,15 to 25 mm thick after applying cement slurry @ 3 kg/sqm, finished even and smooth to desired shape and applying two coats of finished to match with existing surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation for old concrete , brick work, Kerb stone , asbestos cement for Surfaces and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint any description or plain or moulded, over 10cm width or girth when unconnected with other painting or when painted in a different tint complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 4mm thick acrylic sheet board of High quality with Media printing of 3m of best quality incl stainless steel stud (size of board , design of bd , type of print on sheet , size of stud not less than 35mm x 22mm dia, samples of letter, pictures, writing will be provided by accepting officer or Engr-in-Charge) and fixed at any height from GL incl dismantling of existing damaged / rusted sheets complete all as specified and directed. Note : Minimum weight of Acrylic Sheet not less than 4.70 kg per sqm. (Acrylic sheet make A Cast / Astari / Marka Cipta and stainless steel of grade A-ISI 304(1818).

M&L for complete removal and scrapping down with burshes washing with water to external surfaces of RCC overhead tank at any height and filling cracks with white cement and applying two coats of weather proof exterior emulsion paint complete all as per specified and directed. Note: (i) Quoted rate shall be deemed to be inclusive of materials all labours, tools and plants, scaffolding and working upto height 25 mtr etc. (ii) Adoption of necessary safety arrangements like safety belts ropes, helmets netting etc which are required for safety of worker working at height exceeding 3 mtr shall be mandatary and deemed to be inclusive in quoted rates.

Dismantling / taking down old existing unserviceable cement plaster, loose / unsound weaken cement concrete of any description and in any position from existing external / internal surfaces of RCC OHT/sump/ wall / roof / beams / columns / RCC , average depth 25mm (at any staging) with power driven of pneumatic chisel and disposal of unservicable material debris and rubbish outside MD land at a place as specified by local bodies including cutting of all edges, making square shoulders of the cavities, roughening the smooth surfaces, scrapping out / removing corrosion all loose / scale / rust etc from the visible reinforcement by applying rust remover or approved make equivalent the steel reinforcemnt properly and then applying single component cementitious corrosion inhibiting primer for steel reinforcement emco system/Webac chemicals on visible reiforcement complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) Quoted rate shall be deemed to be inclusive of materials all labours, tools and plants, scaffolding and working upto height 25 mtr etc. (ii) Adoption of necessary safety arrangements like safety belts ropes, helmets netting etc which are required for safety of worker working at height exceeding 3 mtr shall be mandatary and deemed to be inclusive in quoted rates.

M&L for rendering cement plaster 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 on fair faces with using Pidiproof LW + (special formulated liquid water proofing compound composed of surface active plasting agents polymer addities uisng reinforced polymer modified repair mortar) of plaster and concrete to achieve Compressive strength of 15 N/mm2 in 1 Day ,25 N/mm2 in 3 Days ,adhesion bond strength of >2 N/mm2 as per IS 2645-2003 and unsing 200ml in 50kg cement , finished the surface even and smooth complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) Quoted rate shall be deemed to be inclusive of materials all labours, tools and plants, scaffolding with steel props and working upto height 25 mtr etc. (ii) Adoption of necessary safety arrangements like safety belts ropes, helmets netting etc which are required for safety of worker working at height exceeding 3 mtr shall be mandatary and deemed to be inclusive in quoted rates.
