Erection of all aluminium conductor of 7/3.40 mm to 7/4.00 mm diameter and above including binding etc. as required

Supply and erection of galvanized stay set for 11 KV O.H. Line complete with 19/20 mm dia x 1.8 mtr long stay rod , anchor plate of size 45 cm x 45 cm x 7.5mm, thimble , stay clamps ,turn buckle ( 20mm x 600 cm ) 7/4.00 mm dia GI stay wire and 11 KV strain insulator etc in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement :3 coarse sand :6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size ) foundation including excavation and refilling etc as required.

Supplying of channel iron 75 mm X 40 mm X 6 mm (7.14 kg per metre) cross arm for two 11 KV over head line conductors complete with 50 mm X 50 mm X 6 mm (angle iron bracket welded to the channel iron and complete with 50 mm X 6mm M.S. flat iron clamps, bolts and nuts including drilling holes for insulator pins, bolts, nuts and washers etc (as per drawing) and painting with primer and finish paint as required

Erection of pole top/ straight two wire/ V shape two wire, angle iron/ channel iron, cross arm on steel tubular/ rail/ PCC pole for 11/22/33 KV as required

Supplying of two lengths of channel iron 75 mm X 40 mm X 6 mm (7.14 kg per metre) double pole cross arm for three wire 11KV over head line conductors complete with through bolts and nuts for clamping to the poles, 50 mm X 6 mm M.S. flats welded on one side to the channel iron and with bolts and nuts on the other side for tying the cross arms together, including drilling holes for insulator pins/ fittings, bolts, nuts and washers etc (as per drawing) and painting with primer and finish paint as required

Erection of double pole 3 wire cross arm for 11KV/ 22KV/ 33 KV over head lines as required

Supply and erection of 11 KV Pin insulator complete with large steel head GI pin, nuts washer etc as required.

Supply and erection of 11 KV disc insulator for 11 KV OH line with galvanized insulator fittings ball and socket type and complete with galvanized strain clamps bolts and nuts washers etc as required.

erection of 8 SWG GI wire for earth continuity and cradling

supply of 6 SWG GI wire for earth continuity and cradling

Dismantling of dog conductor, Damage disc and pin insulator, Damage G. I. Wire etc whichever required.

supply of wireman for detection of fault including patrolling (will reach the site within one hour of intimation)

supply and providing 800 amps- male contact of GOAB horizonatal/ vertical type

supply and providing 800 amps- female contact of GOAB horizonatal/ vertical type

wire net 0.5 mtr long of copper made for repairing of vertical type gang operating switch

repairing of GOAB swich after removal of old damaged accessories

supply and providing post insulator of 11 KV grade complete set

Supplying and making outdoor cable end termination with heat shrinkable jointing kit complete with all accessories including lugs suitable for following size of 3 core, XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 11 KV grade as required: 120 sq mm

handling of cable i.e dismantling of cable from pole and re ecection of cable on pole after heat shrinkable

dismantling of conductor for replacment of damaged disc insulator and erection of conductor after replacment of insulator by making arrangement to hold the conductor on overhead line

dismantling of conductor from pin insulator including unbinding of aluminium wire for holding conductor with pin insulator for replacment of pin insulator

dismantling of jumper

re-erection of jumper

meggering of overhead line with all accessories i.e megger, discharge rode and wire
