Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down existing water proofing treatment including PCC padding, mortar etc and disposal rubbish out side within MD land and hacking for key scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for 25mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B0 (Using 12.50 mm graded stone aggregate) as in padding over RCC roof complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material & labour for provision of water proofing treatment by using APP based polymeric membrane over roof and vertical surfaces including preparation of surfaces and applying oil based bituminous primer coat @ 0.30 ltr per sqm on clean and dry surface and then providing APP membrane having non woven. polyester film reinforcement with 3 mm thick and weight not less than 3.00 kg/sq m and finished on top with torch on system laid with 100 mm & 150 mm over lap on side & end laps respectively and applying two coats of aluminium paint complete all as per manufacturers instructions and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick in cm 1:4 on brick or concrete surfaces using water proofing liquid compound and finishing surfaces even & fair without using extra cement. complete all as specified and directed. Note: water proofing liquid will be measured and paid separately.

Supply only liquid water proofing admixture of make-Berger , Asian , Dr. Fixit or equivalent complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for roof coating with three coat of Berger or equivalent HS PU RoofKoat (1st coat with 50% Dilution , 2nd and 3rd coat undiluted with 4-5 Hrs gap in each coat) over a coat of Berger HS advance Latex Plus mixed with cement ratio of 1:4:7 (AdvanceLatex Plus : Water: Cement) applied by a Berger, Asian or equivalent authorised aplicator complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed

S&F structural rolled mild steel as in roof trusses (framed), purlins crane gantries, rail and fastenings and heavy brackets framing (beam, tee, angle, channel or flat section) including distance pieces, cleats etc complete and similar work conforming to Fe 410-O or Fe 310-O complete all as specified and directed .

Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails braces, etc. complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering running rails and guides) hanging; also fastening and fixing complete Fe 410 -W(Gde-E- 250)quality A.

S&F mild steel in wind ties for roof including securing bolts, Angle iron post and struts etc including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling hole, notching for wire etc, flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc and similar work conforming to Fe 410-O or Fe 310-O complete all as specified and directed .

Dismantling asbestos cement (corrugated, semi corrugated etc) sheet in roof covering complete all as specified and directed .

Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof covering complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for cutting chases, pinning in, making good to facings where required and Cutting chases, pinning in, making good to facings where required and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 to ends or edges of landings, steps,cills, sunshades, shelves, lintels, etc.;and cutting chases for concealed cills, sunshades, shelves, lintels, etc. water tubing or concealed conduit wiring, etc. and making good, cutting exc 20cm girth all as specified

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 MPa as in weather boarding/eaves board in approved design/ pattern/shape to match with existing adjacent water boarding/eaves boards inclusive, as in ridges, hips, valley gutters, drip and straight and fixed with self tapping screw/nut bolt/normal GI screw/nail et as per site requirement and for entire completion of work at any height/position complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F for 6 mm thick asbestos cement sheets, corrugated or semi corrugated fixed with ‘L’ or ‘J’ type hook and washers as in roof covering etc complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No.17 above but except sheets and providing & fixing with new ‘L’ or ‘J’ type hook and washers complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Steel work in tubular trusses / post including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I. S.1161-1979 grade St.-240

M&L preparation new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over and including one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L for preparation of old steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth & applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed complete all as specified and as directed .

Disconnecting existing tanks of capacity exc 250 & not exc 500 Ltrs, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position including cleaning and removing all the scale and dirt, etc from tank and from mouths of circulating pipes etc complete all as specified and directed

Disconnecting existing tanks of capacity exc 500 & not exc 1000 Ltrs, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position including cleaning and removing all the scale and dirt, etc from tank and from mouths of circulating pipes etc complete all as specified and directed

Disconnecting existing tanks of capacity exc 1000 & not exc 2000 Ltrs, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position including cleaning and removing all the scale and dirt, etc from tank and from mouths of circulating pipes etc complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of brick work, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, pillars etc. and disposal of unserviceable materials, debris and rubbish to a distance not exceeding 50m as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for brick with fly ash brick old size straight of curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs for 6 mm thick asbestos cement sheets, corrugated or semi corrugated fixed with ‘L’ or ‘J’ type hook and washers as in roof covering etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement Plaster on brick or stone walls, etc., including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc., including removal of debris, complete all as specified and as directed

Rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 5 mm thick on surfaces of ceiling in cement mortar (1:3) and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for preparation of new undecorated plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying three coats of white wash etc complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for Preparing new plastered surface and applying two coat cement base paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.
