Earth work excavation for foundation in all classes of soils and sub-soils and to full depth as may be directed except in hard rock requiring blasting including initial leads and lifts and refilling the sides of foundation with excavated earth in 150 mm layers well watered, rammed and consolidated including depositing surplus earth within the godown or inside compound in places shown with initial lead of 10 mts and initial lift of 2 mts. clearing, levelling the site, shoring, strutting, bailing of water wherever necessary etc., complete complying with standard specificationand as directed

CEMENT CONCRETE 1:5:10(one cement , five sand and ten aggregate)using 40mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for foundation including de-watering side shuttering , strutting, wherever necessary including curing etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed.

BRICK WORK in cement mortar 1:5(One cement ,Five sand)using best quality Country Bricks of size 9”x4 3/8” x2 3/4’’ for walls including cost of scaffolding curing ,finishing etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed. In foundation and basement.

Supplying and filling in foundation and basement with clean M. sand in layers of not exceeding 150mm thick well watered, rammed and consolidated including watering etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed.

Reinforcement Cement Concrete 1:1½”:3 ( one cement, one and half sand and three aggregate) using 20mm of hard broken granite stone for all RCC works using machine for mixing concrete excluding cost of centering, Strutting, shuttering, and fabrication of reinforcement and placing the grills in position etc., but including finishing and curing etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed. In foundation and basement.

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position MS/RTS grills for reinforcement for all R.C.C. works as per design given including cost of steel and G.I. binding wire in all floors etc., complete4 complying with standard specification(Contractor has to make his own arrangements for the supply of steel and binding wire)

Providing FORM WORK for centering the soffits of all reinforcement concrete work including strutting to the required (3 metre) height with mild-steel sheets of size 90cmx60cm 10 gauge stiffened with welded mild steel angles of size 25mmx25mmx3mm laid with country wood joist of average of size 10cmx6.50cm at about 90cm centres with casurina props of 13cm dia at 75cm centre to centre with all nails coir,wedges complete and removing the form work after necessary curing period as directed by the corporations officers. The rates should inclusives of cutting , bending, welding , charges of M.S sheets, M.S. angles etc., Complete Rectangular beams and floor slabs, tie beams, lintels, landing slab, loft etc.,

Vertical slab,side slabs of boxing , vertical drops, facia, vertical wall etc.,

PLASTERING with cement mortor 1:3 (one cement and three sand) 12mm thick including cost of scaffolding, finishing, curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed.

Dadooing the walls with glazed tiles of size 150mmx150mmx6mm of approved quality and colour over a base layer of C.M.1:2, 10mm and pointing the joints with white cement mixed with colouring pigment at the rate of 0.40 kg/sq.m neatly in all floors, curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The tiles should be got approved by the Executive engineer before use on works).

Supplying and fixing in position of best Indian make PVC Water Tank of 1000 litres capacity confirming to ISI standards as directed by the departmental officers including cost of material and conveyance charges of material to work site etc., complete complying with standard specifications

Supplying laying and jointing PVC pipe of 25mm dia (having working pressure 10 kg/sq.cm) of approved quality and best variety conforming to BIS of the following dia including cutting, threading and fixing PVC specials using PVC adhesives(but excluding cost of such specials) and fixing into wall with teak wood plugs, PVC, clamps and screws making holes on the wall (or) drilling holes in the roof and making good the dismantled portion to original condition with necessary brick work / cement concrete and plastering neatly wherever necessary with necessary scaffolding charges upto 4 metre height above ground level etc., complete complying with standard specifications. The PVC pipes shall be got approved by Executive Engineer before us on works.

Supplying laying and jointing PVC pipe of 20mm dia (having working pressure 10 kg/sq.cm) of approved quality and best variety conforming to BIS of the following dia including cutting, threading and fixing PVC specials using PVC adhesives(but excluding cost of such specials) and fixing into wall with teak wood plugs, PVC, clamps and screws making holes on the wall (or) drilling holes in the roof and making good the dismantled portion to original condition with necessary brick work / cement concrete and plastering neatly wherever necessary with necessary scaffolding charges upto 4 metre height above ground level etc., complete complying with standard specifications. The PVC pipes shall be got approved by Executive Engineer before us on works.

Supplying and Erection of 2 H.P submersible pumpset confirming to IS-14220 with ISI mark 75x75 LPM X mts Suitable for 150mm bore well complete complying with standard specification including suitable 3-phase panel board with DOL with two level guard starter and accessories and labour charges for erection of submersible pump set in bore well including fixing and jointing the submersible cable(but excluding cost of 4sqmm -3core copper cable) with proper clamps,pressure gauges upto the exterior wall of panel board consisting of JPICN switch starter, voltmeter, ammeter, 3pilot(indicating) lamps capacitor,single phase preventometer,water level guard and laying and jointing the cable and twin earthing as per IE rules etc., complete and testing pump set on trail run for 3days etc., complete complying with standard specification.
