M&L for preparation of old surface and applying one coat of oil bound distemper on ceiling complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old surface and applying one coats of white wash on ceiling complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Rendering 5mm thick on ceiling in cement mortar 1:3 finished even and smooth without using extra cement.

M&L Rendering 10 mm thick on wall in cement mortar 1:6 on brick / stone masonary, concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement.

M&L Rendering 15mm thick plaster on walls in cement mortar 1:4 in two coats (10 mm thick backing coat + 5mm thick finishing coat) finished even and smooth without using extra cement including water proofing compound (Dr. fixit LW or equivalent 200ML per bag of cement) etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 3mm thick wall care putty on internal wall complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Preparing newly plastered surface of ceiling and applying two coats of oil bond distemper over a coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Preparing newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of OBD over a coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Preparation of old treated surface of wall by scrapping / rubbing, applying one coats of Advanced Anti-fungal Weather Proof 100% Acrylic smooth emulsion with silicon additives, over a coat of fiber reinforced elastomeric liquid water proofing membrane complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for removing peepul trees or any type of trees/vegetations with root from wall, roof slab, over head tank portions, shafts, rain water pipe portions etc, and applying acid or suitable chemical to the affected area to arrest further growth and making good damaged portions with PCC 1:2:4 including surface finish in CM (1:3) and two coat cement base paint complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Safety precautions like rope, safety belts, helmets, ladder etc will be provided by contractor and no extra cost claimed by department.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of alkali resistant priming paint including 3mm thick wall care putty complete all as specified and as directed .

Complete removal of existing treatment of plastered surface of external wall applying two coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M & L preparation of newly plastered surface and applying two coat of raincoat. Prime the surface with a coat of PRIMESEAL diluted with potable water in ration 2:1 by volume prior to application of raincoat and allow it to dry for 2 to 3 hrs. Apply first coat of raincoat. Apply second coat of raincoat with an interval of 5 to 6 hrs and allow to cure for 7 days complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Priming coat and raincoat used shall be same Make / Manufactures.

Epoxy bond coat: M & L bound coat on the prepared surface to receive new polymer mortar / polymer modified concrete, with two components epoxy based bonding coat in one full coat. Laying of reinforcement polymer mortar or micro concrete shall be completed within the overlay time of bonding coat. This coat act as bonding agent between old and new concrete and also acts as 'barrier coat" to the migration of chloride ions from host concrete. Item rate is inclusive of the materials all labour, scaffolding, supervision, tools and tackles and transportation etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Polymer Modified Mortar (Pre-Packed): M & L single component, dual shrinkage cmpensated, ready mixed high strength thyrotrophic repair mortar (up to 50mm) as per specification for covering the damaged structural member and reinforcement in desired layer and thickness including scaffolding, curing inclusive of all labour, materials, equipment, scaffolding, etc complete as per specification and instruction of Engineer in charge. Item rate is inclusive of materials all labour, tools and tackles, scafflolding and transportation etc. complete all as specified and as directed.
