Supply and fixing powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions in fixed position with extruded built up standard tubular sections/appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS : 733 and IS : 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/neoprene gasket etc aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including clear angle, aluminium snap beading of glazing /paneling, CP brass/stainless steel screws all as per architectural drawings and complete all as specified and directed (Glazing, paneling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately).

Supply and fixing 12mm thick prelaminated particle board with decorative lamination on both sides flat pressed three layer or graded wood particle board conforming to IS : 12823 Grade-I type-II in paneling fixed in aluminium doors, windows, shutters and partition frames with CP brass/stainless steel screws etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing float glass panes of 5.0mm thickness (weight not less than 10 kg/sqm) glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc with EPDM rubber/neoprene gasket etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing collapsible steel gates, top hung, consisting for channel pickets, pivoted flat bars, top & bottom runners, brass handles etc as specified erected in position & securing runners with holdfasts & brackets complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fixing venetian blinds, vertical type, 100mm wide with polyester fabric of approved colour and pattern with aluminium fittings and top rail and nylon buttons/loops etc fixex cuttings and alteration if necessary wherever AC/coolers exists including dismantling of old unserviceable venetian blinds complete all as specified and directed.

Work station is made of prelam particle board of min 25mm thick with PVC lipping. Frame height 1200mm & thickness is min 75mm. Electric panel (cable raceway) is provided below the table top with cut out the as per required (switch plates not provided) 04 Nos of metallic key board tray & 04 Nos CPU trolley is considered complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation by TRENCHLESS TECHNOLOGY : Boring of hole under earth, road, pavement, hard standing or any location as per site requirements by using ultra sounding technique and necessary machine in and including pulling of HDPE pipe of dia (not less than 110 mm) suitable for LT cable of size 400/3.5 core complete as per site from tapping source panel to end connections panel and testing in all respects complete all as specified and directed. Note - Note: (i) Actual quantity of LT cable and HDPE pipe executed on the ground shall be measured and paid as supply only under relevant item of this schedule after connections and testing etc and the cost of the wastage/ unserviceable LT cable and HDPE pipe pieces during pulling process in the boring shall be deemed to be included in quoted rate. The quoted rate is including labour element for pulling and laying of cables and HDPE pipe. (ii) Routing of Trenchless boring shall be got approved from GE and all other stake holders before commencement of boring works on the ground by the contractor. (iii) The contractor is responsible for making good the damaged electric cables or any type of cables items, pipes, plinths, pavements, roads etc in the enroute of boring, earth work, making suitable chambers near the straight through joints in the enroute where ever applicable as directed and the cost for the same is included in the quoted rate and no claim of amount in this regard from the department is entertained.

Supply, testing HDPE pipe not less than 110 mm dia, 10 kg / cm2 confirming to IS standards suitable for LT cable of size 400/3.5 core complete in all respects as per site requirements complete all as specified and directed. Note for item No. 10 & 12 :- Payment shall be done after execution of item No.11 quantity as applicable on the ground in all respects complete all as specified and directed

Fabricate, supply install, testing and commissioning for outdoor type LT Bus bar Chamber Box of size 600 x 600 x 400 mm from any CPRI certfied validated panel manufacturers IP 54 with powder coated made out of 3 mm CRCA sheet steel front and rear opening facility with panel locks on top and bottom, pad locking arrangement in the centre with pad locks - 02 Nos (front and rear), Supply & fixing earthing strip 32 x 6 mm - 02 continuity along with provn of connected nut & bolt arrangement on body of panel, four side slanting cannopy on roof top, suitable Size MS base Channel Stand Frame of size ISMC 100 mmX50 mm and thickness not less than 5 mm and placed on proper PCC foundation and PCC staging of height not less than 0.6 mtr on both sides of bus bar chamber bottom in and including TPN Aluminium Bus bar of 400 Amps Capacity for looping and bas bar chamber placed on proper insulators with suitable Neoprene rubber gasket to make it completely dust and vermin proof, danger sign board, lettering and marking complete all as specified and directed. Fabricate,Supply,Install,Testing and commissioning of self supporting totally enclosed Indoor type LT Panel 3 phase 4 wire 415 Volts from any CPRI Certified validated Panel Manufactures made out of 2 mm thick CRCA sheet mounted on suitable size MS Base Channel Stand Frame of size ISMC 100 mm thickness not less than 5 mm , Height of Channel stand frame not less than 300 mm from the finished floor, powder coated dust and vermin proof, hinged smoothly openable front and rear, with neoprene rubber gasket including danger plate, earthing strip 32 x 6 mm, ventilation louvers, bottom detachable gland plate complete with suitable size zinc chromium plated nuts, bolts and washers, etc panel board depth not less than 500 mm in and including of the following switch gear, items complete and connections of all outgoing cables using new suitable rating lugs, danger sign board, lettering and marking complete all as specified and directed. Note:- 4 run of 16 sqmm copper conductor and 2 run of 16 sqmm copper conductor earth wire and 1 run of PVC conduit shall be measured as one unit.

Note:- 2 run of 6 sqmm copper conductor and 1 run of 6 sqmm copper conductor earth wire and 1 run of PVC conduit shall be measured as one unit.

Supply and fixing metal clad plug and socket outlet 2 pole and earth with plug top alongwith MCB SP 20 Amps to 32 Amps 'C' curve, 230 volts, 50 Hz in recess flush in wall with chained metal cover for the socket outlet and making connections complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installing, testing & commissioning of 20L storage capacity, chiller cum water dispenser with inbuilt RO purifier, inbuilt floor standing, sediment, carbon filter,ultrafilteration membrane meets drinking water standards of IS:10500 including PVC flexible water connection pipe from water tap complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for cutting existing steel tubing for making water tapping connections at pipe of dia 25 mm and making thread both side of pipes and refixing with Tee , nipple etc as required at site complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing 20mm gun metal globe or gate valve with wheel complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying of GI water tubing medium grade of dia 20 mm for making water connection and clamping to wall complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for copper strip 32mm x 6mm with saddles and fixing screw etc for roof frame/ceiling/trenches complete all as specified and directed.
