Long MS angle iron post with hold fast with 225mm long of M.S. angle 50x50x5mm to be embedded in the ground with cement concrete 1:2:4 block of size 225x225x300mmand Rates are also including digging of pit. The frame and vertical post shall be painted with stove enameled paint process complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. N.S.

Manufacturing ,supplying and fixing retro reflective Cautionary sign board consisting of 600 mm Dia circular sign boards and definition plate of Size 600x230mm made up of 3mm thick ACP sheet,rivted with 25x25x3mm MS angle iron frame, face to be fully covered with high intensity encapsulated type heat activated retro reflective sheeting conforming to type - IV of ASTM-D 4956-01 in required color combination including subject matter, message ,symbols and borders etc. as per IRC ; 67:2001, on main and definition plate and fixing the same on 3660mm high vertical post of M.S. angles of size 50x50x5 mm welded with hold fast of same size 225mm long at the bottom end to be embedded in ground with cement concrete 1:2:4 block of size 225x225x300mm. The rate further includes painting white and black color alternate bands of 300mm long over one coat of priming coat to vertical post and steel work to be painted with two or more coats of synthetic enamel paint of required shade and of approved brand & manufacture over priming coat, and digging of pit ,complete in all respects and to be entire specification of Engineer-in -charge. Providing and fixing of central verge spring post central verge base interlocking made of impact resistance plastic size 750X250X75 mm black and yellow having reflective red/ white strip 25mm on boh side provided with for steel zinc plated nails. Base to have one flexible plastic spring post of height 700mm having two reflective white sleeves on the top and bottom fixable to base with plastic flange and screws to firm grip and further to be fixed on road with the help of nails and apoxy to grip on surface complete in all respect with entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing of Speed limit board of Size 2130 x 1140 mm made out of 3mm thick ACP Sheet fabricated with frame of M.S. rectangular pipe of 75 x 40 mm (3mm thick) having three numbers pipe In horizontal and two pipes in vertical position. The ACP sheet shall be fixed with aluminum alloy sheet rivets at suitable intervals on both sides of frame. The front side of board shall have retro reflective micro prismatic sheet type IV (HIP) text and matter should be screen printing with transparent ink as per irc standard. for the support of frame the two nos. M.S. rectangular pipe 75 x 40mm having 2100mm clear hight from ground to the bottom of board and 600mm in ground with enchorage of M.S. Angle 50x50x5mm, 9" long to be embedded in C.C.1:2:4 Block of size 45x45x45cm including painting of two or more coats of synthetic enamel pain including priming coat and preparation of surface rates also inclued the digging of pit of same size complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. Providing and applying 2.5 mm (minimum) thick thermoplastic road marking paint for edge line, central line, stop line, segregation line, zebra crossing, arrows and other road signs etc. The thermoplastic material should be homogeneously composed of pigment, hot resin and glass reflectorising beads @0.250 Kg/Sqm. The gradation of glass beads must be as per table 800.4 and properties of material should be as per table 800.3 of MORT&H specification (5th revision). The work should be complete in all respects and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.
