Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows (steel or wood) shutter including chowkhats, architrave, holdfasts etc. complete and stacking within 50 metres including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. (i) Of area 3 sq. metres and below

Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets, sunken floor etc., up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. (i) 1:3:6 (One cement : Three coarse sand) : Six graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Providing concrete for plain/reinforced concrete in open foundations complete as per drawings and technical specifications Clause 802,803,1202 & 1203 including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. (i) Nominal mix 1:2:4 (One cement : Two coarse sand) : Four graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Providing and laying rectified Glazed Ceramic floor tiles of size 300x300 mm or more (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of 1st quality conforming to IS : 15622, of approved make, in all colours, shades, except White, Ivory, Grey, Fume Red Brown, laid on 20 mm thick Cement Mortar 1:4 (1 Cement : 4 Coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Tile work in skirting, risers of steps and dado up to 2 m height over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement :3 coarse sand) and jointed with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/sqm, including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing vitreous China wash down, water closet (European type. W.C. pan) with integral 'P' or 'S' trap including jointing thetrap with soil pipe in cement mortar 1:1(1 cement : 1 sand) (Seat and over to bemeasured and paid for separately) including carriage of materials in all leads as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge (i) ordinary closet MAKE ESSCO or Equivalent

Providing and fixing plastic seat (Solid / Hollow type) and cover for wash down water closet with C.P. Brass hinges and rubber buffers including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. (1)SOLID TYPE (a) White plastic seat and cover. Providing and fixing P.V.C. low level flushing cistern with manually controlled device (handle lever) conforming to IS : 7231, with all fittings and fixtures including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.
