M&L for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block of any shape and size conforming to IS-15658-2006 of 60mm thickness, M-35 grade with grey cement and with pigment complete all as specified and directed.

Providing cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 in roof kerbs or mud stops,gola, rounded or chamfered on edges,complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 75 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded aggregate as in sub base complete all as specified and directed.

M&l 50 mm thick PCC 1:2:4, Type B1, using 20 mm graded aggregate as in paving/path finished fair and even complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Stone slabs and tiles laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Chequered cement concrete tiles 300x300x20 to 22mm thick with grey cement and with pigment set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry as in floors colour over cement screed bedding 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Endura Parking tiles size 300 x 300 x 10mm thick with grey cement and no pigment set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry as in floors colour over cement screed bedding 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Brick work built in cement morter as in drains etc complete all specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with bricks old size brick, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

All as per above Ser No 11.00 but except bricks. Note :- Old serviceable bricks obtained from demolition shall be reused.

M&L for brick work with sub-class ‘B’ bricks,, straight or curved on plan or radius in half brick thick built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for precast cement concrete type B-0 1:2:4 (12.5 mm graded aggregate) and set in Cement Mortar (1:4) as in louvres and jallies, 35mm thick (measured solid) including all mouldings, necessary formworks and reinforcement and dismantling existing RCC jallies in any description all as specified and direction and approval of GE.

M&L for RCC (1:2:4) type B-1(using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in cills, louvres, parapets, railing, coping, seismic and other similar bands, plinth bend, etc including weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throuting , including necessary form work etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild 6 to 8 mm dia deformed TMT bars cut ot length bent to shape required including cranbing, bending spirrally, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire annealed net less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 75mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 as in plinth protection & finishing the surface even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified & directed.

Dismantling of floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and removing rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for non skid ceramic coloured tiles printed 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tiles exceeding 0.11 Sqm but not exceeding 0.18 Sqm as in floors etc; set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of tile over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured printed digital tiles of size 300mm x 450mm x 7 to 8 mm thick on vertical surfaces; set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of tile over and including 10 mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Vitrified ceramic tiles 10mm thick Light shade (Square/Rectangular) polished area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sim in floor etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 all as specified and directed.

Dismentling wrought iron or mild steel work of such gates as grill/roof purlin etc not otherwise provided for complete all as specified & directed.

Mild steel framed work as in gates, grills, grating pintel higes stope hand made sliding bolts etc with ends of bars shouldered and /or riveted or forged into spikes framed guard bars and for ornamentals and intricate design conforming to Fe 410-0 or 310-0 of angle iron of other sections complete drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other coverings to be prepared for handing or sliding with and incl either hooks and hinges doors( Exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering running rails and guides) and hanging also fastening and fixing with one shop coat of Zinc Chrmate pait (incl preparation of surface at contractor wksp before febrication, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide or zinc chromate primer including preparation of new steel or iron surfaces exc 10 cm width or girth, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded stone agg as in foundation complete all as specified .

S&F for Mild steel angle iron fencing post and sturts in fencing incl necessary cutting drilling welding etc and bending to swan neck shape as required and drilling holes notching for wives etc conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only for chain link MS galvanised fencing GI wire and average size of mesh 100mmx100mm incl line wires, to any type of standards rails, staining bolts, etc incl provn of bindingwith mild steel wire not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provission of binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

S&F MS Flat iron for securing bolts post and strut in fencing including cutting drilling holes notching for wire etc. flat iron filet and similar work conforming to FE 410-0 or Fe 310-0 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other , or screwed both ends , each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, exc 5 cm but n. exc. 10 cm long and dia of shank 5 to 10 mm complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth for foundation, sewage line, manholes n exc 10 sqm on plan and n exc 1.5 m depth and getting out soft/loose soil complete all as specified.

Excavating in post holes in soft/ loose soil (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cu.m, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of excavated soil not exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point all as directed.

Returning filling in including spreeding, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n. exc 25 cm thick in soft /loose soil complete all as directed.

M&L PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling, mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC 1:2:4 using 20mm stone agg Type B1 using for gate Pillers, columns and posts etc complete all as specified and directed.

Form work to soffit of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work, n exc 200mm thick (horizontal or sloping) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild 10 mm dia deformed TMT bars cut ot length bent to shape required including cranbing, bending spirrally, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire annealed net less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips all as specified

All as per item above but 6 mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description,thickness including racking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with watercomplete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick in CM 1:6, on brick work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 5 mm thick in CM 1:4 (mixed with WPC) on above item ( WPC shall be measured & paid seperately) finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified.

Supply only WPC ( Water Proofing Compound ) ISI Marked complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for two coat of cement base paint over New surfaces including preparation of surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for two coat of cement base paint over Old surfaces including preparation of surface complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of fencing barbered wire any type complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails strain- ing bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone 450mmx300mmx150mm of M-25 graded cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature jointed with cement mortar 1:4 including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joint except at Sharpe curve shall not be more than 5mm) including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge (pre cast shall be approved by GE (I) R&D length of finished kerb shall be measured for payment).

M&L applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint on kerb stone over a coat of primer including preparation of kerb stone surfaces exc 10 cm width or girth, complete all as specified and directed.
