Fabrication, Welding, Riveting, bolting by HSFG bolts wherever required, supply, transportation to site, Assembling, Launching, Erecting of steel girder spans as per drawings and specifications approved by Railway and department for composite construction i.e. (Steel +RCC) of superstructure of the Road Over Bridge with contractor’s own structural steel rolled section confirming to IS: 2062 Grade Fe 490 with all welds, rivets, nuts bolts rivet materials, weld materials, HSFG bolts, service bolts, with other ancillary steel structures fixed to the girder where necessary in proper level and alignment and as per technical specifications etc. with contractor’s own materials, fabrication, machinery, templates, fixtures, equipments tools and plants, transportation to site, skilled/ unskilled labour, excise duty., Octroi, sales tax and other taxes, all leads and lifts, descent, loading, unloading, crossing one or more Railway track/ canal if required etc. complete and as per technical specifications. The rate shall also be inclusive of cold straightening of deformed and bent girder parts before their assembly. The structural steel to be used should be manufactured by SAIL/ RINL/ TISCO/ ESSAR/ JINDAL only. For Painting prior approval for superior brand/ make of the paint should be taken from engineer in charge.The rate shall be inclusive of supply, erection and dismantling of staging and scaffolding and other temporary arrangements required for the purpose of assembly, erection and launching of girders. The rate shall also be inclusive of cold straightening of deformed and bent girder parts before/after their assembly. Metalising girder/ girder component such as cross girder, top chord channels, bracing etc of BG new steel girder as directed by engineer with epoxy paint spray not less than two layers after preparing surface by sand/grit blasting as per provision laid in Appendix VI of IRS B-1179 code (latest alteration) including one coat wash primer one coat epoxy zinc crome primer and two coat of epoxy paint with approved paint conforming to IS specification for fabrication & erection of steel girder bridge ( RS B 1-79) as corrected up to date with contractor’s own materials, tools, plants, labour, handling, rehandling if any including all lead, lifts descents, crossing of track/ obstruction etc. complete in all respect and as per direction of the engineer. Supplying and installation of Vertical Guide Posts not less than 800mm high above ground level. The Vertical Guide Posts shall have a core and shell construction which shall be made of tough, high impact resistant, injection-molded, thermoplastic outer body.The inner core shall consist of powder coated or painted Mild steel of minimum thickness 1.0mm. The Vertical Guide Posts should consist of top retro-reflective unit consisting of white color micro prismatic non metallic retro-reflective sheeting of minimum exposed area 125 cm2 and bottom retro-reflective unit consist of red color micro prismatic non metallic retro-reflective sheeting with 35 cm2 minimum exposed area confirming with ASTM D4956 type XI standards. The Vertical Guide Posts shall be fixed to the ground by inserting the root of the Vertical Guide Post up to the marked portion and by firm concrete filling as per the instructions by engineer incharge.The contractor shall submit 2 years pre qualified warranty certificate from the manufacturer for satisfactory field performance during the time of bid submission

Providing and fixing of reflective Aluminium metal body raised (Imported) road studs (Make Swareflex or equivalent) size 100 x 100 x 19.8 mm having anchor bolt with one shank (length 50mm) and glass panel having 43 piece of special purpose reflective glass elements each side (190 tilted), having reflective values according to ASTM D 4280 & certified as per the standard EN 1463 (Color: White/ Red/ Yellow). The studs shall be fixed to the Road surface at suitable spacing using the adhesive conforming to IS. Fixing will be by drilling holes on the road for the shanks to go inside, without nails and using epoxy resin based adhesive as per manufacturer’s recommendation and complete as directed by the engineer. The contractor shall submit 2 years pre qualified warranty certificate from the manufacturer for satisfactory field performance during the time of bid submission

Providing and erecting overhead signs board with a corrosion resistant made of 2mm thick aluminum sheet/ 4mm thick aluminum composite material sheet face to be fully covered with micro prismatic full cube technology type XI grade retro-reflective sheeting (Table 6.8) as defined in IRC: 67-2012 of approved brands Reflective sheeting shall be fully process on base aluminum substrate and also fixed on the angle iron frame of 35x35x5 as per IRC: 67 with vertical and lateral clearance given in clause 802.2 and 802.3 and clause 801.3 MORTH over a designed support system of aluminium alloy or galvanised steel trestles and trusses of sections and type as per structural design requirements and approved plans. 10 years Warranty for Retro Reflective Sheeting from the original sheeting manufacturer & a certified copy of three years outdoor exposure report from an independent test lab for the product offered shall be submitted by the contractor.

Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed at expansion and construction joint only, plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement or any other type as per specification M30 (Grade), coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS:383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints, applying debonding strips, primer, sealant, dowel bars, near approaches to bridge/culvert and construction joints, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14-days, using curing compound and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and Specification including vaccum dewatering process as required with all required equipments.

Placement of precast RCC segmental Box with the help of road crane at desired location carefully by lifting and packing method , during traffic and power block with all contactor labour tools and materials crane, machinery, preparation of surface as directly by Engineer, including filling of joints by epoxy mortar & laying of required sand including cost of epoxy and sand, including all material and labour tools, plants machinery etc with all lead and lift.

Dismantling of existing BG track inlcuding trap point of single rail 3 rail panel of 90R/52 Kg with PRC & Other type sleeper of density M+7 including fitting & fastenings & removal of ballast/soil complete including cutting of rails as required as directed by Engineer in charge with Hack saw blade including stacking of released material viz rail, sleeper, fittings and fastenings in systematic manner as per direction as per Engineer incharge all lead, lift , ascent, descent, crossing of track or any other obstruction as a complete job. Lifting of track (BG) with by raising of track in stage of 50mm including one round packing to make the track fit for 20 Kmph speed as per IRPWM manual (for calculation = 6 lifts.)

Picking of stones ballast from existing track (Screening leading upto 40 m and stacking at nominated area by making plot with all lead including contractors own tools, labours etc complete. 8% shrinkage allowance shall be deducted from gross quantity. Diamond Grade Aluminum backed Flexible Prismatic Sheeting: The “Aluminum-backed flexible prismatic (‘AFP’)” sheeting shall consist of Yellow colored flexible prismatic sheeting with non-metallic prismatic lens as retro reflective elements and conforming to ASTM D 4956-09 Type VI specification for reboundable retro reflective sheeting. This flexible prismatic sheeting shall be of 1ft width and laminated at the back with a 50 micron thick Aluminum (Al) foil with pressure sensitive adhesive and liner. Further, this flexible prismatic sheeting shall have screen printed arrow/slant line pattern in black color on top in a continuous roll format.Neither AFP sheeting nor the flexible prismatic sheeting used in it shall crack when slowly bent in 1 second time around a 1/8th inch mandrel after being conditioned for 24hrs at 0°C and tested as per section S2.2.2. of ASTM D 4956-09. The AFP sheeting, with the liner removed, shall be applied with a neoprene contact adhesive with Polychloroprene as base, viscosity of 200-450 cps and solid content of 20-30%. Once applied, the edges of the product shall be sealed all around with a two-part epoxy based structural adhesive and shall be extremely resistant to peel-off.A test report from institutes like ARAI/CRRI confirming to above mentioned flexibility and ASTM-D4956-09 Type-VI retro reflectivity performance of the flexible prismatic sheeting used in AFP shall be submitted by the tenderer during prequalification and supply of material.

The work also includes washing the sand with required concentration of HCL acid and finally with water and placing the same in filter beds as per direction of Engineer–in-Charge complete in all respect. The sand shall not contain more than 5 % acid soluble matter as determined by solubility test in Appendix B of IS : 8419 (Part-I) amended up to date. (RGF)

Supply & installation of precoated galvanized iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-incharge) 0.50 mm +/- 5% total coated thickness (TCT), Zinc coating 120gsm as per IS: 277 in 240mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches while transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineer-incharge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55mm) with EPDM seal or with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.

Steel work in built up tubular trusses including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, welded and bolted including special shaped washers etc. complete above plinth level up to 4.5Mtr. height. Hot finished seamless type tubes

Finishing wall with water proofing cement paint of approved brand and manufacture and or required shade to give an even shade including all scaffolding: New work (Three or more coats).
