Excavation in foundation , trecnches including jungle clearance (for pipes & pits) up to all depths in all classification of earth work such as pick work, jumper work, saturated soil including bailing of pumping out water, blasting soft/ hard rock or chiselling soft. Hard rock where blasting is prohibited all lifts including trimming and dressing of sides, levelling of beds to correct grade including shoring srtutting, planking, timbering and dewatering wherever required, stacking the usable and un-usable material/soil separately and after laying, jointing and testing of pipes returning the usable soil to trenches in 15cm (fifteen centimeters) layers including consolidating of such deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all of all surplus soil un-usable materials as directed within all leads and lifts including rstoration of un-matalled surfaces to its original condition and also i/c cost of diversion of traffic, night signals, fixing caution boards crossing over trenches for access to houses, etc. complete in respects with all leads and lifts as per directed of Engineer-in-charge of the site of work.( Pick Jumper Work)

Providing and laying 40mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M -30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved size, design & shape, laid in required colour and pattern over and allready compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with line sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) in pavements, laid to required slope and camber in panels as required including consolidation finishing and tamping complete in all respect as per Engineer-in-charge.

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size ) laid in one layer finished with floting coat of neat cement in all leads and lifts and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge 40 mm thick.

Providing & laying spartic ceremic tile 12 mm thick in flooring (600X600 mm size) treads of steps laid on a bed of 12 mm thick cement mortor 1:3( 1 cement :3 sand) finished with pointing complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying granite stone in flooring 20mm(average)thickness base of cement mortar 1:3(1cement: 3 sand) laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of granite stone i/c rubbing and polishing complete. 20mm.thick as perdirection of Engineer-in-charge.

Brick work using common burnt clay building bricks in superstructure above G.L. to 1st floor level in cement mortar 1:6 ( 1Cement, 6 Sand ) of 2nd class bricks complete in all respect with in all leads and lifts.

Providing Tor steel reinforcement for RCC work including bending,binding & placing in position complete upto floor two level. As per direction of Engineer-in-charge .

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete inposition to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand),including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (length of finished kerb edging shall be measured for payment). (Precast C.C. kerb stone shall be approved by Engineer-in-charge).

Wiring for light point/Fan point/Exhaust fan /call bell point with 1.5 Sq.mm PVC insulated heat resistant flame retardant (HRFR)and low smoke single core(flexible), copper conductor cable in surface /recessed PVC condute with modular switches moudlar plates,suitable G.I box and earthing the light point with 1.5 Sq. mm HRFRLS/PVC insulated single core copper conductor cable as required Group-C.(203 -HPSR 2009)

Wiring for circuit wiring with 2 x 1.5 Sq.mm PVC insulated , heat resistant frame retardant(HRFR) and low smoke single core flexible copper conductor cable in surface/ recessed pvc conduit along with 1 No.1.5 Sqmm. HRFRLS/PVC insulated single core copper conductor cable for fitting as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & Fixing for Water Cooler ISI Marked of 80 Ltrs Cap. Make Stain less Steel as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Designing, fabricating, testing, installing and fixing in work gang saw cut (polished and machine cut) of position Curtain Wall with Aluminium Composite Panel Cladding, with open grooves for linear as well as curvilinear portions of the building , for all heights and all levels etc. The Contractor shall provide curtain wall with aluminium composite panel cladding, having all the performance characteristics all complete , as per the Architectural drawings, as per item description, as specified, as per the approved shop drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. However, for the purpose of payment, only the actual area on the external face of the curtain wall with Aluminum Composite Panel Cladding (including width of groove) shall be measured in sqm. up to two decimal places as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

15mm cement pilaster in single coat on the rough side of bricks/conc. Stone walls for interior plastering up to floor level i/c arrises internal rounded angles chamfers and or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm in girth and finished and smooth. Cement mortar 1:4 (one cement: 4 sand) including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals and carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Steel work welded in built up sections,trusses & framed work i/c cutting, hoisting,fixing in position & applying a priming coat of red paint.In grating,framed guard bars, ladders, railing,brackets & similar works.as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

White washing with lime on undecorated walls surface (two coats) to give an even shade including thoroughly brooming the surface dirt dust mortar dirt and other foreign matter in all leads and lifts.as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Finishing wall with water proofing cement paint of approved brand & manufacture & of required shade on undecorated wall surfaces (two coats) to give an even shade after thotoughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt & remains of loose powdered materia

providing and fixing of PVC pipe 100 mm dia 4kg/cm2 pressure for waste pipe and rain water brand deplast as per direction Engineer-in-charge .

Providing and fixing white vitreous china pedestal type water closet (European type W.C. pan) with seat and lid, 10 litre low level white P.V.C. flushing cistern, including flush pipe, with manually controlled device (handle lever), conforming to IS : 7231, with all fittings and fixtures complete, including cutting and making good the walls and floors wherever required W.C. pan with ISI marked white solid plastic seat and lid as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of RCC work below G.L upto 1.5 metres depth including materials and disosal of un-serviceable materials within 20 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing pannelled glazed and panalled and glazed shuttrs for doors ,windows and clerestory windows including bright finshied /black enemelled iron butt hinges with necessary screws fIst class deodar wood 40 mm thick. 2 nd class deodar wood complete in all respect and as per the direction of the Engineer - in- Charge.

Providing & fixing wire gauge shutters using Galvanised MS wire gauge of OS gause designation 85 G. wire of dia 0.56 mm for doors, windows & clerestorey windows i/c bright finished black enamelled iron hinges with Necessary screws 0.40 mm thick ( 2 nd Class Deodar wood)

Providing & fixing of LED 40 Watt white solar flood light pressure Die-Cast aluminum housing , top opening Luminaries with accessories including cost of lamp of Samson /Philips /Havell/ GM make complete with accessories within all leads and lifts complete in all respect and the directions of the Engineering -In-Charge

Laying,jointing and testing in trenches galvanised mild steel tube of following dia and grade confirming to BIS 1239 ( with latest ammendment upto date) as per classification of pipe as specified below. The laying of pipe shall confirm to BIS 5822 (With latest ammendment upto date), including all fitting complete all restect within all leads & lifts. (earth work in trenches to be measured and paid for separately).15 mm dia

Providing fittings and accessories e.g. Tee, union , nipple elbow , wheel valve , 1/4" ferrule , bib cock etc. Required for house hold connection up to domestic storage tank. The 15 mm dia wheel valve shall confirm to BIS 778-1980 CL-1 ,all other G.I. fittings shall confirm to BIS specification as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Writing letter or figures on any surface with black japan paint ( stop , comas , hyphensand the like not to be measured and paid seprately ) indian letter /figure completein all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing panelled anodized aluminium work for door, window, ventilator and partitions with extruded built up standard tabular and other sections of approved make confirming to IS 733 and IS 1285 anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS 1868 (Minimum anodic . All complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of the Engineering -In-Charge. For doors Shutter.all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing vitreous china wash basin with pedestal, single hole for pillar tap with CI or MS brackets painted white i/c cutting holes & making good the same but excluding fitting i/c entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts. Cera make Concord, 630x450mm size including tap and all accessary complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

P/F 5 litres vitrous china low level flushing cistern with a pair of CI or mild steel brackets, comp. with fitting such as lead valve less syphon 15mm normal size brass ball valve with polythene float CP brass handle union & couplings for connections with inlet, outlet & overflow pipe 40mm dia CP flush beng i/c cutting holes in walls & making good the same & connecting the flush bend with cistern & closet (over flow pipe to be measured & paid for separately) as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and installation of Exhaust Fan, Light duty, (Domestic) 225 mm sweep in the existing opening, including taking the hole to suit the size of the above fan, making good the damages, connections, testing and commissioning etc. as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

White glazed tiles 6 mm in wall , tread, steps & landing laid on bed 12 mm thick cement mortor ( 1:3) finished with flushed pointing in white cement complet in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
